A Wonderful Trip

《一次美妙的旅行》

Daisy lives in the U.S. 

on a small farm. 

黛西住在美国的一个小农场里。

She lives with her parents 

and her two little brothers. 

她和父母以及两个弟弟住在一起。

Her parents are farmers.

他的父母是农民。

They plant flowers, fruits 

and vegetables on their farm. 

他们在农场里种植鲜花，水果和蔬菜。

Daisy likes to help on the farm.

She also loves to go for walks.

One sunny morning,

Daisy goes for a long, long walk.

She walks very, very far.

The sky gets cloudy.

Suddenly,

a great, strong wind comes

and lifts Daisy up into the sky

Daisy looks around.

"What is this place? Where am I?"

this is not her small farm.

There are beautiful flowers, 

trees and green grass,

Daisy feels scared and tired.

She sits under a tree to have a rest.

Then Daisy hears a noise.

It sounds like crying.

"Who is there?" cries Daisy.

"Me!" a tiny voice squeaks.

"Don't be afraid!"

"Who are you? Where am I?

And why are you crying?" 

asks Daisy.

"I am Birdie 

and you are in Tazland.

I am crying because I can't fly!"

"Oh, you poor little bird! 

Can I help you?"

"Maybe," says Birdie. "

I want to go to see

the Magical Doctor Taz.

He knows magic words.

He can help me fly."

"Maybe he can help me get home!" 

cries Daisy!

"Your home is very far from here,

but Dr. Taz can help you.

Let's go together to see him.

You can carry me!" says Birdie.

Daisy is happy. "OK! Let's go!"

On their way to visit Dr. Taz,

Daisy and Birdie meet a horse

named Honey.

Honey is tall and thin, 

but she can't run.

May I also come

with you to visit Dr. Taz?

He can help me run!

So Daisy, Birdie and Honey

all go to visit Dr. Taz.

On their way, they see a lake.

They stop to drink some water.

They see a fish next to the lake .

His name is Sam. Sam can't swim.

Honey and Sam the fish 

travel a long, long way.

It takes a long, long time,

but they finally 

get to Dr. Taz's palace.

"Please help us, 

Magical Doctor Taz!

they cry.

Dr. Taz is a good and friendly man.

He wants to help them,

so he says the magic words.

POOF! Sam can swim!

Honey can run! Birdie can fly!

But Daisy isn't at home.

She is still in Tazland.

She starts to cry.

Please help me, Dr. Taz!

Do you see those red shoes 

on your feet?

Just tap your red shoes

and you will be home 

before you can count to three.

Daisy closes her eyes,

and counts:

She opens her eyes and sees
