1996年，儿童友好城市的概念首次在联合国第二届人居环境会议上被提出。目前，儿童友好城市理念已经深入全球38个国家，3000多个城市和社区获得儿童友好型城市（社区）称号，覆盖3000多万名儿童。

In 1996, the concept of child-friendly city was first proposed at the Second United Nations Conference on Human Settlements. At present, the concept of child-friendly cities has penetrated into 38 countries worldwide, with over 3000 cities and communities awarded the title of child friendly cities (communities), covering over 30 million children.

深圳市妇联于2015年底在全国率先提出系统性建设儿童友好城市目标，探索出一条中国特色儿童友好城市建设的实践路径，充分体现了国际化、中国式、本土化的深圳特色，立足深圳、辐射湾区、面向国际。

At the end of 2015, the Shenzhen Women's Federation took the lead in proposing the goal of systematically building a child friendly city nationwide, exploring a practical path for building a child friendly city with Chinese characteristics, fully reflecting the internationalization, Chinese style, and localization characteristics of Shenzhen, based on Shenzhen, radiating the Bay Area, and facing the international community.

2021年，国家发改委明确了儿童友好内涵，出台一系列政策来保护儿童权利、推动儿童友好城市建设，并提出：到2025年，通过在全国范围内开展100个儿童友好城市建设试点，推动儿童友好理念深入人心，让儿童友好要求在社会政策、公共服务、权利保障、成长空间、发展环境等方面充分体现。

In 2021, the National Development and Reform Commission clarified the connotation of child friendliness, introduced a series of policies to protect children's rights and promote the construction of child-friendly cities. It was proposed that by 2025, by conducting 100 pilot projects for the construction of child friendly cities nationwide, the concept of child-friendliness should be deeply rooted in people's hearts, and the requirements of child-friendliness should be fully reflected in social policies, public services, rights protection, growth space, and development environment.

为更好彰显深圳儿童友好城市和联合国教科文组织“设计之都”的双重荣誉，引领儿童友好设计，将在首届儿童友好博览会创设儿童友好设计奖（CFD），鼓励全球儿童友好设计参与者在儿童友好五大领域产出优秀作品/实践和产品，并开展评选和奖励。进一步提升儿博会的国际范和全球视野。

In order to better showcase the dual honor of Shenzhen as a child-friendly city and UNESCO as the "City of Design", and lead child-friendly design, the Child-Friendly Design Award (CFD) will be established at the first Child-Friendly Expo, encouraging global participants to produce excellent works/practices and products in the five major areas of child-friendly design, and conducting evaluations and rewards. Further enhance the international scope and global perspective of the Child-Friendly Expo.

自公开报名以来，我们收获了来自世界各地参赛者们的支持，也收到了关于设计奖报名等环节的疑问，为方便大家查阅，现将问题整理汇集如下：

问：是否只能通过手机二维码扫描填写申报信息？

答：目前仅支持手机或电脑登录微信，通过扫描二维码方式填报基础信息。（接下来还将开通网页版报名渠道，敬请期待~）

Q1: Can the registration information only be filled in by scanning the mobile QR code?

Answer: Currently, only mobile or computer login to WeChat is supported, and basic information can be filled in by scanning QR codes. (In next stage, we will also open a web version registration channel. Stay tuned~)

问：如何提交设计奖参赛作品？

问：A0展板及展示照片的数量要求？

答：A0展板不超过3张，展示照片的数量根据实际情况考虑，A0展板的参考排版方式如下：

Q6: What is the quantity requirement for A0 display boards and display photos?

Answer: The number of A0 display boards should not exceed 3, and the number of displayed photos should be considered based on the actual situation. The reference layout method for A0 display boards is shown in the figure above.

Except for the category, name, and numbering area of the work in the template (as shown in the lower right corner of the figure), which cannot be changed, the layout of other layouts is for reference only, and images can also be flexibly combined. This layout only provides basic layout guidance for reference.

问：参赛作品是否必须提交视频？

答：视频资料非必须提交事项，如有，请提供4分钟以内视频。

问：项目是否要求建成落地？

答：设计奖评选对项目是否落地不作硬性要求，有充分的设计图纸和说明即可报名。

Answer: There is no mandatory requirement for the selection of design awards to determine whether the project will be implemented. Applicants can register with sufficient design drawings and instructions.

问：投递单位是否需要专项设计相关资质？

答：不需要专项设计相关资质，我们欢迎全球所有的设计师参赛。

Q9: Do angencies require specialized design related qualifications?

Answer: No specialized design related qualifications are required. We welcome all designers from around the world to participate.

问：拍摄小朋友演的情景剧，是否符合报名参加社会创新类？

答：符合，对小朋友友好、受小朋友欢迎即可。

Q10: Is the melodrama performed by children suitable to sign up for social innovation award?

Answer: Yes, just be friendly and popular with children.

Q11

问：设计奖是项目的设计者报名吗？使用方能否报名？

答：一般为设计方或是项目组织实施方报名。使用方应联合设计方报名。

Q11: Is the design award a registration for the project designer? Can the user register?

Answer: Generally, the registration is for the design party or project organization and implementation party. The user should register in collaboration with the designer.

问：设计奖需要参赛者自行打印展示的展板吗？

答：不需要。参赛者根据征集文件的模板进行排版设计，提交电子文件即可。

Q12: Do design awards require participants to print their own display boards?

Answer: No need. Participants shall make layout design according to the template of the solicitation documents and submit electronic documents.

问：只要参与报名设计奖就能让作品在展览中展示吗？

答：需要初评入围。

Q13: Can the work be displayed in the exhibition as long as it participates in the design award？

Answer: Preliminary evaluation and shortlisting are required.

问：有多少参赛者能获得奖项？

答：空间设计奖、产品设计奖、社会创新奖三个奖项分别设置10个荣誉奖（入围），再从三个类别的入围奖中各选取3个提名奖，并从中产生各项优秀奖、杰出设计奖。杰出设计奖获得者将获得奖金。

Q14: How many contestants can win awards?

Answer: The Space Design Award, Product Design Award and Social Innovation Award each have 10 Honor Awards (shortlisted), and 3 Nominated Awards and are selected from each of the three categories, from which various excellent awards and outstanding design awards are generated. The winner of Outstanding Design Award will receive bonus.

问：如何确认我是否成功报名？

答：支付参赛费用即视为报名成功，在规定时间内提交参赛作品到指定邮箱即可，直至比赛截止前参赛资料均可修改。
