招聘岗位
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to provide outstanding customer service to clients through live, interactive media (e.g. phone, messaging, etc.)
A proven interest in Finance and Technology
Desire to develop skills and experience in customer service in a fast-paced FinTech environment
Eagerness to learn new technologies and ability to retain information
Multi-tasking and problem solving skills as well as an ability to work independently and being involved with a larger international team
An interest in progressing a career within Bloomberg
We require that you are legally authorized to work full-time in the country of application and that you don't require sponsorship in the future.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
We’d love to see:
Work experience in a client/customer facing role
Curiosity to identify, research, and resolve customer technology, software and hardware issues
Awareness of data management, privacy and information security
Aptitude to work within highly connected and software-based systems
You'll need to be able to:
Start full time work in 2021
Occasionally work weekends or on a bank holiday (weekday off in lieu)
You need to have:
The ability to join a training class in 2021
A Bachelor’s degree (or above) or relevant work experience
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
A proven interest in financial markets and the aspiration to work in the financial services industry
The resilience to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Real ambition to pursue a client-facing career, with a strong interest in relationship management and sales
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
We’d love to see:
Work experience in a client facing role
Interest in technology
Ability to speak Mandarin at business fluency level in addition to English. The specific language required fluctuates according to business needs, and we will process your application in line with the language required at the relevant time.

对于多数初级岗位，候选人需要完成预录制视频面试，这一灵活便利的
面试方式旨在展现您的独特个性和对岗位的兴趣。
建议您寻找有互联网连接的安静场所进行时长约10-15分钟的预录制视频面试。您将需要回答有关相应职位理解、过往学习工作经验和对彭博的认识及了解等系列问题。如果您所申请的职位具有语言要求，您可能需要分别用该语言和英语回答。
HR电话面试
您可能还将进行15-30分钟的招聘员的电话面试。在面试过程中，我们将考查您的资质条件( 例如语言熟练程度)，并回答您关心的任何问题。
业务部门面试
对于大部分初级岗位，您将有两轮的业务部门门面试，分别与团队主管和部门负责人见面。每一轮的面试时长约1小时，根据您的所在地我们可以安排现场面试或视频面试。除了考查行为能力外，我们可能会在面试中融入角色扮演或技术能力测试环节。通过业务部门面试，您将有更多机会展现你的优势并且可以了解更多彭博的工作氛围和文化。
职位观摩
申请金融产品客户服务和销售部、全球客户支持部岗位的候选人会被邀请去到彭博的办公室进行30分钟的职位观摩。这个环节能帮您在终面前
