黑白隐奢风，静谧的诗意

The Toorak House是一个静谧的住宅，极富戏剧性和沉浸感，既简 适又丰富。

极富变化的景观设计弱化了建筑的边缘，提供了一种恰到好处的平衡感。

该住宅的室内设计经ADDARC之手，配合Jack Merlo的景观设计，形成了一种丰富的 场所氛围。

这是一个四口之家的住宅，业主将与他的妻子及两个孩子一起住在这里。

It is a home for a family of four, and the owner will live there with his partner and their twins.

考虑到房子的宽敞程度及业主希望一个有距离感的空间，起居室的整体设计采用低饱和度的蓝色系及简洁的家具单品，使得空间精致而不造作，美好而适意。

Considering the large space of the house and the distant atmosphere that the client needs,  the living room choooses low-saturated blue and simple furniture pieces, making the space elegant and nice.

设计师认为，综合的灵活性是设计的核心指示，确保住宅可以扩大和收缩，而不会在过程中感到压力或限制。

The designer think that integrated flexibility is a central directive of the design, ensuring that the house can expand and contract without feeling stressed or restricted in the process.

厨房设有银色葡萄酒储藏室，而相邻的指定品酒室则配有几把黑色餐椅。

The kitchen features the silver  wine storage, while the adjacent designated wine tasting room features the Minotti Leslie dining chair.

空间整体的单色调就像是一张被精心设计的画布，让光影于白天穿梭其中，似遨游驰骋，纵情声舞，浑然忘我。

The monochrome palette of the space acts like a carefully designed canvas, allowing shadows to enliven the interior during the day and season, projecting shapes that dance through the space. 

透过建筑外层充满秩序感而温暖的肌理，轻盈的光影勾勒出层次。玻璃墙漫射射入光线，从外部提供了一种隐私感。

Lighter elements delineate the layers above the warmth and textural baseline of the lower floors. The glass walls diffuse incoming light and provide a sense of privacy from the outside.

餐厅置有极具自然气息的写意风雕塑、黑色舒适的扶手椅和精心定制的大理石石桌。

卧室整体以黑、灰、蓝为主，配合黑色大理石一体柜及深色丝绒质床品，隐秘而高贵。黄铜质单品给空间增加了光泽感，玻璃品装置的插花作品给空间增添了几许典雅气息。

The bedroom is generally black,grey and blue. With the black marble integrated cabinet and dark-colored  beddings, the space is intimate and noble.The brass pieces add some brightness to the space.The centerpiece making the space slightly chic.

卫浴室整体以黑色为基调。光线透过白色的挂帘，给空间以明亮的润泽。

The bathroom take black as its main color.The light passes through the white curtain, bring the space a sense of brightness.Several yellow daisies are blooming silently.

而在室外，景观设计师Jack Merlo创作的植物组景，极富诗意与意境，将作为住宅和想象力的无限延伸。

While outside the house, the landscape designer Jack Merlo curated the landscape as an infinite extension of the house and imagination. 

框架式的景观和远景是住宅空间体验的一部分，它既串联了室内空间，又丰富了住宅层次。花园的出现增加了空间另一层次的乐趣。

Framed views and vistas are part of the central experience of the house, connecting the interior and enriching the house. The  garden adds another level of fun.

Toorak Residence 是一个懂得分享和享受生活的家，内部空间开放而包容，与自然及周围环境有机统一。总的来说，ADDARC和Jack Merlo创造了一个经久不衰的永恒之家。
