Here are some suggestions for if you feel unwell during this virus outbreak. These are provided from the People's Daily Newspaper as suggested by Wuhan Tongji Hospital. Please see below if you start to have some suspected symptoms:

Q:What to do if I have a headache, runny nose, cough, or sore throat?

If your body temperature is between 37℃ - 38℃, then home quarantine and report to the local community office, company or hotel. Observe your situation closely and take Ibuprofen according to the directions.

If the temperature is higher than 38℃ then go to the fever department of the hospitals listed above.

Q: If I don't have an obvious fever, but I feel whole-body cramp, have stomach pain or diarrhoea, then what should I do?

Home quarantine first to observe the situation closely as the initial symptom of the coronavirus pneumonia can sometimes include stomach upset and diarrhoea. If the symptom gets more serious, then go to the hospital to check.

Q: If I don't have a fever, but feel oppression in the chest, is it serious?

You should have a clear identification. There are lots of reasons that can cause chest oppression including stress, but also previous conditions such as heart disease, asthma and other CLD (chronic lung diseases). If resting at home doesn't help, then go to the hospital to check.

Q: If I start to have fever as well as oppression in the chest, should I keep at home in quarantine?

If you start to have fever and discomfort of the chest, you should be on high alert and go to the hospital as soon as possible. Wear a mask and walk to the closest hospital and try to avoid elevators.

Q: If I've ever contacted the suspected patients, but I don't have any symptom showing currently, what should I do?

Home quarantine for 14 days. Check your body temperature 2 times (morning and evening) every day. If there's any symptom showing up during the quarantine, go to the hospitals listed above immediately.
