Toronto's DineTOgether program is part of the ShowLoveTO initiative to support the recovery of local restaurants and celebrate Toronto's diverse culinary scene. DineTOgether will run from September 17 to October 3 to encourage residents to patronize local eateries through a feature menu available by takeout, delivery, patio dining and/or indoor dining.

Participating restaurants in Toronto's DineTOgether program must be a full-service/table-service restaurant located in Toronto. The restaurant must possess a valid Toronto Public Health Green DineSafe pass and a valid City of Toronto Municipal Licensing & Standards Eating Establishment Licence (number starts with B71). They must also comply with provincial and municipal re-opening guidelines including Toronto Public Health guidelines for food premises.

To participate in this program, restaurants must offer a 2-item/2-course feature menu consisting of a main dish and either an appetizer/starter or dessert. They can choose the price for their feature menu(s) from the following range: $15 to $50 in $5 increments ($15, $20, $25, $30, $35, $40, $45 or $50) and Price is per person and excludes beverages, taxes, and gratuity. The Feature menu can be offered for lunch or dinner, or both and the Feature menu can be made available through any of the following service options: takeout, delivery, patio dining, and/or indoor dining.

The City of Toronto reserves the right to terminate any restaurant's participation in the DineTOgether program should participating Restaurant fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions; or if the City acting reasonably, receive customer complaints that in the City's opinion be serious in nature or negatively impact the City's or the DineTOgether program's reputation and should the Participating Restaurant fail to rectify such complaints to the City's satisfaction. Upon termination, the City will remove the restaurant name and all associated details from its website without any further liability or obligation.
