Module 1 Unit1 There wasn't a clock here before.
【学情分析】
学生已有一定量的词汇, 学生已具有一定的语感和良好的语音、 语调基础以
及良好的学习习惯, 且大部分学生对英语学习有自信心和进取心, 能比较积极地参加课堂活动。
【教学目标】
1.知识目标:理解和掌握句型 There was/wasn't 和 There weren't ⋯⋯以及单词 for, different, bench, then, playground等。情景、图像结合理解词、句意。
2.能力目标:通过教学,培养学生观察记忆、思维、创造能力。培养学生
实际运用英语的能力。
3.德育目标:培养学生学习英语兴趣和小给合作精神。
【教学重难点】
用 There wasn't 和 There was ⋯⋯等描述事物或场景的变化。
【教学方法】

【教学过程】
(一)复习
师准备好一个盒子,里面放一些学生们常见的东西,如钢笔、铅笔、书等。
老师请学生到讲支前摸一摸盒子里的东西,然后问学生:"What's in the box?"引导学生用以前学过的句型:There is/There are来回答。然后老师悄悄地把盒子里的一些东西换了,再让学生摸一摸盒子里的东西,老师问:"What's in the box?"引出 There was/wasn't 和 There were和等句型,说明盒子里原来有什么和原来没有什么东西。
(设计意图:通过以旧引新,使学生初步感知本课的主要教学内容。)
(二)呈现及操练
1.通过复习来引出句型 There was/wasn't 和 There were并进行操练。
(设计意图:以旧引新,自然过渡,学生不会觉得难度太大。)
2.讲解 There was/wasn't 和 There were等表示原来有什么东西,和原来没有什么东西。
3.师出示公园的图片,其中一幅是旧公园的图;一幅是新公园的图,并请
学生运用 There was/wasn't 、There were和 There is/There are句型进行描述。然后请个别学生上台作示范介绍。
4.图片呈现单词 for, different, bench, then, playground 并揭示课题 Now we are learning Module 1 unit 1.There wasn't a clock here before (板书并带读课题)。
5.教师师播放课文录音,请学生跟读,提醒他们注意模仿录音中的语音、
语调,然后让学生分角色表演对话。
6.师呈现一些以前学生学过的关于物品单词卡, 先将其中的一些卡片贴在
黑板上,请学生用 10 秒钟记住这几个单词,之后,师把单词拿下来,让学生用"There was/There were"说出刚才都有哪些单词。老师等学生回答完后将刚才的单词贴在黑板上, 请学生看是否正确, 再放些刚才黑板上没有贴过的单词卡, 要求学生用 "There wasn't ⋯⋯" 句型说这些单词。
7.完成课本活动 2。先让学生读一读方框里的句型,说说它们所代表的不
同意义,然后让学生利用这几个句型描述图片中的场景。请 2-3 名学生转流到讲台前指图表演。
8.学生自编对话,展示表演。
9.作业。生运用本课所学的新句型来描述自己家里和学校里的变化。

在图文或场景下能用英语描述事物或场景的变化。能在真实的情景中灵活
运用本节课所学内容。
2. 德育目标
培养小组合作意识, 爱校爱家的美好情感。鼓励学生仔细观察, 积极动脑。
【教学重难点】
1.运用句型 there was, there were, there is, there are 描述事物或场景的变化。
2.是 there was, there were, there is, there are 句型结构的理解和运用。
【教学准备】
1. 教材的配套光盘。
2. 教材配套的单词卡片。
3. 教师准备的图片,挂图。
【教学过程】
Step 1:Warm up
1. Brainstorm.
出示五张图片,学生认读记忆图片 (图片内容以单数形式出现 )。
再出示十张图片, 其中包含刚才学生读过的五张图, 学生根据自己的记忆用
There was a ⋯before. There wasn ’t a ⋯before. 来说。
同样方法出示内容为复数形式的图片, There were⋯before. There weren’t ⋯
before.
Step 2:Presentation and practice
1.Before Listening:(出示挂图)
T: Look at the pictures of the school.
Does it look different now?
S: Yes, it does.
2. While listening:
1).听 CD-ROM, 每一遍解决一个问题,可通过 pair work 巩固操练。
Q1: How about the trees?
There were lots of little trees here.
Now there are tall trees.
Q2: How about the playground?
playground 操场,教读。
There was a small playground here.
Now there is a big playground.
2).Listen and repeat. Then practice
3.After listening:
1).How about our school?
trees, playground, classroom, school gate ⋯
There were ⋯. Now there are ⋯
There was ⋯. Now there is ⋯
Example

Step 3: Consolidation and extension
1. Game: Find the differences and say.
Practice in groups.
反馈,比一比哪一组找到的最多。
2. Learn the song.
1).Before singing the song:
Talk about the pictures.
2).While singing the song:
Enjoy the song.
Repeat the sentences.
Sing along with the music.
3).After singing the song:
填喜爱的词唱歌 .
3. Activity book. Listen and write.
4. Activity book Look at the pictures and say.
Then close the book. Listen and judge.
Example
T: There was a slide.
S: Yes.
5. Activity booknow write about the differences in Exercise 2.
6.作为 2008 年奥运会伙伴城市,为了迎接奥运会,我们做出了很努力,说

二、New lesson
1, T: Supermarket. That ’s a good place. Carrefour is a big supermarket. There are
many good things. Look! This is a Carrefour bag. Teach “Careefour ”
2, T: Yesterday, I took many pictures in Carrefour . Let ’s see what are there in it. ( 课件)
T: Are there sweets? S: Yes, there are.
T: How many sweets? Can you count? S: No, many.
板书:There are many sweets.
