There is a story about Qu Yuan.

to save his body.

The Mid-autumn Festival

started long ago, too.

People made moon cakes

to celebrate the autumn.

Carnival 

is a very famous festival.

There are 

Carnivals in many countries.

But the most famous is in Brazil.

Carnival is in spring.

People 

dress up and sing and dance.

Carnival

is festival of music and colors.

Carnival 

is not like other festivals.

But it is a little like 

Chinese Dragon Dance.

The Day of Dead 

is a family festival.

The Day of Dead 

or Dia de los Muertos

is a festival in Mexico.

It is in November.

On the Day of the Dead,

people make dolls

and think about their family.

The Day of Dead is like 

the Qingming Festival in China.

“Trick or treat!”

Halloween is a fun festival 

for kids in the US.

Kids 

dress up and ask for candy.

They say, “Trick or treat.”

The festival started long ago.

Today the festival is for kids.

Halloween is a little like 

the Day of the Dead.
