什么是 synergy?怎么定义?

What is synergy? Simply defined, it means that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.   It means that the relationship which the parts have to each other is a part in and of itself. 


那么简单来说就是整体协作的力量大于个人,当我们高效的协同合作的时候,1+1是会大于2的,那么其实这就很明显了,个人也是重要的,个人也会影响整体,那么如何提高个人的能力和水平呢,就是我们前面读到的习惯1、2、3。


书中列举了Synergy在交谈、工作与生活中的应用,其实最重要的还是我自己,看在多,自己不去实践就是没有什么效果,即使只有一天,那也可以试一试。像习惯三,要事第一,你做了才真的知道那是什么感觉,其实每本书你读了之后去做,试试书中的方法,去尝试,不适应就换个方法,至少尝试了。不进则退。

例I used to hear stories of awful tragedies and think of all the reasons it could never happen to me. 


 brainstorming 集体研讨

 原文:Then comes brainstorming where the spirit of evaluation is subordinated to the spirit of creativity

英:a group problem-solving technique in which members sit around a let fly with ideas and possible solutions to the problem

例:Avoid playing and humor when you are brainstorming. 


cohesive 凝聚的;有结合力的

原文:Out of this experience emerged an extremely unique, cohesive, and synergistic culture that did not end with the semester.

英:cohering or tending to cohere; well integrated a cohesive organization

例:All of it has a very, very cohesive end-to-end story.
