A A day at the Palace Museum
Guide: The Palace Museum is a wonderful place to visit. Every day, lots of people come to see it. There are a lot of beautiful palaces inside the Palace Museum. The most important palaces are Taihe Palace, Zhonghe Palace and Baohe Palace. Today we’ll visit Taihe Palace first, at 10 a. m. It’s about 27 metres high. At 10:30 a. m. , we’ll go to Zhonghe Palace. We’ll see beautiful works of art there. Half an hour later, we’ll go to Baohe Palace to see more works of art. Then we’ll have lunch. At 1 p. m. , we’ll see some Chinese paintings in Huangji Palace. Finally, at about 2:30 p. m. , we’ll visit Fengxian Palace to see some clocks and watches. After that, we can buy some presents for our friends in the gift shop. OK, let’s go to Taihe Palace.
