“ 包 饺 子 ”

I am good at study, I can always get the high markin the exam, so I am very confident that I can do allthe things well, but the experience of making dumplings changes my idea.
我擅长学习，我总能在考试中获得高分，因此我自信能做好所有的事情，但是我做饺子的经历改变了我的想法。
It was on winter holiday, my mother asked me tomake dumplings with her, I said it was so easy forme.
那是在寒假，我的妈妈叫我和她一起做饺子，我说那对于我来说很容易。
My mother showed me how to make it and then let me follow her, I did as she showed me.
妈妈向我展示了如何做，然后让我跟着她，我跟着她做。
But I found my dumplings could not cover well, I tried another one, still the same.

I was curious, I did the same thing with my mother, but I failed in the result. My mother smiled and said practice made perfect.

Actions for a Greener Earth
A week before Earth Day, posters were put up around our school, calling upon us to join in the actions for a greener earth.
地球日前一周，我们学校周围张贴了海报，呼吁我们加入更环保的地球的行动。
Our class came up with the idea to make better use of used materials. We brought to our classroom worn-out clothes, pieces of cardboard and empty plastic bottles and turned those into dolls, handbags, tissue boxes and small vases. That weekend, we went to a nearby neighborhood and gave them away to the people there. All were very happy with those unexpected gifts, especially little kids and elderly people. We did so well that we were invited to share our idea and experience with all the students of our school.

记叙文
叙事类记叙文——通常要将时间、地点、人物、事件、原因和结果等六个要素交代清楚。好的记叙文具 有描述具体事物、人物逼真形象、故事生动感人、材料表现中心和写作主旨明确等特征。
高考英语基础写作中的叙事类短文也需要具有记叙文写作的一般特点，但要求相对比较低，其考查重点在语言运用正确、句子连贯通顺、信息点表述完整等方面。写作时要注意以下几个方面的问题：
1. 严格按照基础写作的要求完成各个信息点，不要为了文章的生动而随意添加信息。
2. 信息点的表述不要完全按照题目所给的顺序，要适当重组信息点。
3. 记叙文写作的时态多数是用一般过去时，但也要注意灵活运用其它时态。
4. 叙事类记叙文的话题通常和中学生的生活阅历有关，如校园生活、旅游、交通、交友等，平时要 注意积累这些方面的词汇和短语。
