新冠肺炎疫情防控期间，江苏省启动突发公共卫生事件一级响应，为保障毕业生的身体健康和就业权益，搭建校企合作线上交流平台，推动用人单位与学生之间更加精准的对接，实现更充分更高质量就业，西交利物浦大学就业发展办公联合智联招聘定于2020年3月18日（周三）举办“西交利物浦大学2020届毕业生春季空中双选会”首场活动，现诚挚邀请贵单位前来我校招聘英才。

Thank you for your continuous support to the employment work at XJTLU!

Due to the situation on the prevention and control of COVID, XJTLU Career Centre will adjust the Spring Job Fair from offline to online. In this spring, we are working with China's leading recruitment website Zhaopin.com to launch this Online job Fair on 18 March 2020 (Wed), and we sincerely invite you to this brand new form of recruiting event.

具体事项安排如下：

一、用人单位参会注意事项

1、展位预定：

点击西交利物浦大学空中双选会

（网址：https://cct.zhaopin.com/jobfair/jobfairDetails/1009）选择【企业端登陆】、登录成功后【报名参会】，填写招聘【专业、人数】，【确定报名信息】完成报名。（无智联账号请先注册）

2、等待审核：

学校对企业进行审核，审核结果通过短信进行提醒。

3、发布职位：

学校审核通过后，开放【进入企业后台】按钮，在“前台界面管理”发布职位，最多可发布10个职位，在“候选人列表”查看已投递简历。

4、线上交流：

空中双选会开场后，可对已投递/报名该场学生大厅的学生，发起文字/视频沟通。点击菜单【学生大厅】，可查看所有报名该场次学生简历，进行互动，若学生未在线发起沟通，学生将收到短信提醒。

二、会务服务

1、本次双选会展位预定截止至2020年3月17日17点。

2、本次双选会免收展位费。

3、本次双选会由智联招聘协办并提供技术支持。

4、本次双选会信息将在西交利物浦大学就业网、“西浦就业”微信公众号、西浦邮箱宣传。

三、特别说明

1、为维护毕业生的安全和合法权益，本次活动严禁传销招聘、虚假招聘等欺诈行为，参会单位发布的招聘信息须为本单位直接用人需求，不得为其他单位代为招聘。参会单位需严格管理招聘工作人员，规范招聘行为，如有违法、违规，主办方将依据法律法规追究其责任。

2、学生的信息包括简历、联系方式等只作为线上双选会使用。智联招聘保证对学生的信息进行规范管理，未经个人许可绝不外泄。

The specific arrangements are as follows:

How to register and reserve a booth？

1. Booth Reservation

Click the XJTLU Online Spring Job Fair at https://cct.zhaopin.com/jobfair/jobfairDetails/1009 to register and reserve a booth.

2. Wait for the Approval

We will review your application before sending you an short message about the result.

3. Post Positions

After the approval, you can see the "enter the enterprise background" button. You could post up to 10 positions in the "front interface management". You can check the submitted resumes in the "list of candidates".

4. Online Communication

On the opening dat of the Online Spring Job Fair, you can initiate text/video communication with the students who have submitted/registered in this event. Click "student hall" in the menu to view students' resumes and conduct interactions base on your choice. If students do not initiate communication online, they will receive the SMS reminders instead.

Attentions:

1. The booth reservation will close at 17:00 on March 17, 2020.

2. The booth is free for all employers.

3. Zhaopin.com provides technical support for the event.

4. You will get this invitation on XJTLU Career Center Website, "西浦就业" WeChat Account and the email from [e-mail].

Highlights

1. In order to safeguard the safety and legitimate rights and interests of graduates, this event is strictly prohibited from pyramid selling recruitment, false recruitment and other fraudulent ACTS. The recruitment information issued by the participating units shall be for their own direct employment needs which means you can not recruit for other parties. Participants shall strictly manage recruitment staff and regulate recruitment behaviors. If there is any violation of laws or regulations, the organizer will investigate their responsibilities according to laws and regulations.
   
   

2. Students' information, including resumes and contact information, is only used for online double selection. Zhaopin.com guarantees that students' information will be managed in a standardized way and will not be disclosed without personal permission.
