Happy Single Working Women's Day!

Created in 2006 by Barbara Payne, Single Working Women’s Day is an important occasion to celebrate and pay homage to the strength, resilience, and contributions of single working women in our communities and families. So, to all the fierce single working women, including our single working mothers out there, we celebrate you!

Challenges faced: While we have seen significant progress in corporate policies to support employees to balance work and life, policies in most companies still tend to focus more on married employees, overlooking the potential family obligations that single working women also have outside of work.
