The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical School (hereafter the Number Two Hospital of Zhejiang University) is the birthplace of Western medicine in Zhejiang Province, and one of the first national top-level (3) hospitals in China. Covering a total land area of 235,793 square meters, with a construction area of 500,000, new buildings will encompass dedicated inpatient, outpatient, infection prevention and control, emergency room and clinic, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and radiotherapy facilities, all replete with the newest and most cutting-edge equipment, from CT, MRI, DSA and surgical robots, with 1,500 beds to accommodate.
项目总用地面积235793平方米，总建筑面积500000平方米，新建住院楼、感染楼、门急诊医技楼、高压氧舱、放疗中心楼等建筑。项目购置CT、MRI、DSA、手术机器人等大型医疗设备设施，设计床位1500张。

Its borders spreading from Yuezhou Avenue (west) to Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Expressway (east) to Kehai Highway (north) and Hangzhou Ningbo Canal (south), its entirety covers an area of approximately 11.8 square kilometers, with the south of Shangfangshan Avenue and both sides of Jinkeqiao Boulevard as key areas of urban design, encompassing 5.3 square kilometers combined. Future City will not only serve as a strategic key to continued northward urban development in Keqiao, but an important engine in its transformation from the era of “two lakes” to that of “three mountains.” Moving forward, Future City will incorporate areas dedicated to hosting the best and most advanced in general headquarters, science and technology, community living space, and urban central park designs.柯桥未来之城范围西至越州大道、东至杭绍台高速、北至柯海公路、南至杭甬运河，面积约11.8平方公里，其中，上方山大道以南、金柯桥大道两侧为重点城市设计范围，面积约5.3平方公里。柯桥未来之城不仅是推动柯桥主城区向北发展的战略支点，更是柯桥城市建设从“两湖”时代迈向“三山”时代的城市拓展重要引擎。今后，柯桥未来之城规划重点打造未来总部片、未来科创片、未来社区片和城市中央公园。
