#1 in Zhejiang! Keqiao tops in land award incentives ｜柯桥区再获全省第一！
Recent data from the Keqiao Bureau of Development and Reform shows the district continuously expanding effective investment and optimizing investment structure, achieving unparalleled results in the attraction and commitment of major industrial undertakings through the motto, “the project is king.” Among them, three heavyweights - Baowan Carbon Fiber, Yuyue Optical Film, and Jianxin Jiaren New Materials - were added to this year’s provincial list of key industrial endeavors, obtaining well over 300 acres of land incentives, leading the province and accounting for ⅛ of all such available space. Not stopping at the top, Baowan and Yuyue went on to place among only 7 projects in Zhejiang to join the ranks of those “breaking the boundaries,” while Jianxin Jiaren featured among leading major projects in the region.
记者日前从柯桥区发改局获悉，今年以来，柯桥区立足“项目为王”理念，持续扩大有效投资，不断优化投资结构，重大产业项目招引落地卓有成效。其中，宝万碳纤维、宇越光学膜和建信佳人新材料3个项目列入2022年浙江省重大产业项目名单，获得土地奖励指标1934亩，占全省奖励指标数的1/8，位居全省第一。其中，宝万碳纤维、宇越光学膜2个项目还列入特别重大产业项目名单（全省仅7个），实现了全区特别重大产业项目“零突破”；建信佳人新材料列入引领性重大产业项目。
With its premier ranking among land incentives and dual appearances in endeavors “breaking the boundaries,” Keqiao ever-increasingly grows as the model of fostering and integrating major provincial and national industrial projects into a local economy’s rapid development. With this year seeing the Bureau of Development and Reform focusing greater attention to the fields of digital economy, health and wellness, new materials, high-end equipment manufacturing, service industries, and more than ever before, a total of 10 projects have been selected for their clear indicators of high quality and mature early-stage conditions, to the tune of 33.6 billion yuan in investment - a total volume ranking first citywide, with both quantity and quality of applications reaching record highs.
此次土地奖励指标数位居全省第一，并在全省实现特别重大产业项目“零突破”，取得优异成绩的背后，是柯桥区聚焦重大产业项目、推动区域经济高质量发展的生动剪影。记者从区发改局了解到，今年以来，该局聚焦数字经济、生命健康、新材料、高端装备制造、服务业等申报领域，围绕全区产业项目盘子，提前摸排筛选出10个品质较高、前期条件较成熟的项目进行报送，总投资336亿元，体量位居全市第一，申报数量、质量均创历史新高。

与此同时，柯桥区发改局还全力提速项目进度，并坚持“高标准、严要求”审核原则，对照项目匹配、投资强度、亩均效益等指标，做好服务指导，充分挖掘项目的技术先进性、投资有效性、产业成长性以及示范带动性，做到“日调度、日晾晒”，及时反馈处理意见，有效提高项目申报成功率。
