Keqiao：top 10 of the top 100｜柯桥，全国百强区前十
Recently, the National Research Institute for Small and Medium-Size Cities and Guoxin Small and Medium-Size Cities Index Research Institute released a list of the top 100 districts comprising national comprehensive strength and investment potential in 2022. Covering 793 municipal districts (including sub-provincial cities) with relatively to substantially independent development, this year’s list featured Keqiao among the prestigious top ten, ranking 10th among the national top 100 in national comprehensive strength, and 36th in investment potential.近日，中国中小城市发展指数研究课题组和国信中小城市指数研究院发布2022年全国综合实力和投资潜力百强区榜单，该榜单范围为全国793个含有乡镇、相对独立发展的市辖区（含副省级城市），其中，柯桥区位居2022年全国综合实力百强区第10位、全国投资潜力百强县市第36位。

Based on the successful implementation of new development concepts and high quality standards combined with each city’s “new-era development characteristics, the comprehensive strength index system evaluates a candidate’s legitimacy based on six aspects: modern economic development, overall livelihood improvement, ecological construction, urban-rural integration and development, innovation-driven leadership and social governance optimization.
此次综合实力指数指标体系立足践行新发展理念和高质量的要求，结合新时期中小城市发展特点，从现代经济发展、社会民生改善、生态环境建设、城乡融合发展、创新驱动引领和社会治理优化等六个方面进行评价，是对区域发展实力和潜力的综合评价。
With Keqiao handing in yet another stellar “report card” this year, its first three quarters saw the district GDP reach 135.543 billion yuan, a growth rate of 4.3%, while from the months of January to September project investment in the region as a whole improved in both quality and quantity, with fixed-asset investments totaling RMB 44.04 billion.
今年，柯桥再次交出漂亮成绩单。前三季度，全区实现国内生产总值1355.43亿元，增速4.3%。1-9月，全区项目投资提质增速，完成固定资产投资440.5亿元。
In addition, Keqiao continues its fundamental implementations in strengthening talents throughout the fields of science and technology, with academicians Xu Jianguo and Luo Yi of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, along with numerous other noted figures and collectives, now calling the district home, adding to a total of 276 high-level talents at or above the provincial level. This year also saw the addition of 12 national specialized and special new enterprises, from Jindao Technology - the first Keqiao enterprise to be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange - to three of the top 500 private enterprises in China, and three of the top 500 private manufacturing industries nationwide.此外，柯桥区深入实施科技强区、人才强区首位战略，今年以来，全职引进中国工程院徐建国院士、罗毅院士等团队，集聚省级以上高层次人才276名。全区新增国家级专精特新企业12家；金道科技成功上市，为柯桥区首家在深交所创业板上市的企业；入围2022年中国民企500强、中国制造业民企500强各3家。Never content to rest on its laurels, Keqiao has maintained its unswerving dedication to improving its citizens’ livelihood and overall well-being, with the four years from 2017 to 2021 seeing per-capita disposable income of all residents increasing from 51,672 to 71,074 yuan - an increase of 37.5% - and a per-capita disposable income in the first quarter of the year to-date currently at 59,826 yuan.柯桥区还坚定不移保障和改善民生，各项民生福祉持续提升。数据显示，2017年到2021年，全体居民人均可支配收入从51672元增长到71074元，增长37.5%，年平均增速达7.5%。今年前三季度，柯桥区全体居民人均可支配收入为59826元。
