Jingshui Road elevated (north) sets to break ground｜柯桥又一快速路即将动工

The project consists of the reconstruction of two existing sections of the Qianqing-Binjiang Line from east to west, and Hupingshan Road from south to north. Through the adoption of an “upper six, lower six, elevated + ground” format, the resulting total length will stretch 4.145 kilometers, of which the Qianqing-Binjiang section comprises 3.6. With the main elevated component built to national urban expressway standards and a design speed of 80 km/h, a two-way six-lane configuration and standard subgrade section width of 27 meters, its counterpart on the ground will adhere to urban road standards at 50 km/h, a matching two-way six-lane configuration, and a subgrade width of 42-75 meters.
镜水路(钱滨线-329国道段)快速化改造工程（北段）由东西向的钱滨线及南北向的壶瓶山路两段现状道路改建组成，采用“上六下六、高架+地面道路”的建设形式，项目全长4.145公里，其中，钱滨线段长约3.6公里，主线高架采用城市快速路标准，设计速度每小时80公里，双向六车道，路基标准段宽度27米，地面辅路采用城市主干路标准，设计速度每小时50公里，双向六车道，路基宽度42－75米。

Jingshui Road is an integral south-north artery in the area connecting Keqiao to Yuecheng. Containing numerous key industrial parks along the way, as well as the International Logistics Center of China Textile City, the baseball and softball sports and cultural center, and other Asian Games venues, the upgrade will now connect Shaoxing Golden Keqiao Sci-Tech Park, Keqiao Future City, and more in the further flourishing of the road’s north-south “golden corridor” connecting Keqiao’s industrial clusters and strengthening the district’s industry, capital, talents, and resources like never before.
镜水路是柯桥和越城融合区重要的南北大动脉，沿路串联起多个产业园区，还有中国轻纺城国际物流中心，以及棒垒球体育文化中心等亚运场馆。北段升级后，将串联起金柯桥科技园、柯桥未来之城等，这条南北向“黄金廊道”将成为贯通柯桥产业聚集地的超级大动脉，担负起集聚柯桥产业、资本、人才、资源的重任。

A key link in the “six horizontal, five vertical, and four connected” expressway network layout of the “Fourteenth Five-Year Plan” for comprehensive transportation development in Keqiao, and an integral component in achieving the three core development goals of the area’s transportation needs (namely further integrating Hangzhou with Shaoxing, while exponentially improving conditions within the district’s parameters), the project’s completion will see untold improvements in freeing previously-existing traffic bottlenecks, improving regional road structure and stability, increasing traffic capacity, and more. In addition, its successful completion will see yet another milestone achieved in the accelerated implementation of Shaoxing’s strategy in seamless integration with Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shanghai.
该项目是《柯桥区综合交通运输发展“十四五”规划》“六横五纵四连”快速路网布局中的重要环节，是实现柯桥交通融杭、融绍、内畅三大核心发展方向目标的重要举措，项目建设有利于打破交通瓶颈、完善区域路网结构、提升路网通行能力和服务水平，对加快推进绍兴市融杭连甬接沪战略的实施具有重要意义。
