For cervical cancer prevention

The WHO recommends that girls aged 9-13 get an HPV vaccine to prevent cervical cancer, as the immune response to the vaccine is strongest at this age. It is also recommended that all women aged up to 45 get the vaccine because it will still be effective for preventing the strains of HPV that cause cervical cancer. For healthy bones

Old wisdom tells us that milk and calcium are great for growing bones. Similarly, a visit to the doctor can get you on the right track to protecting your child's bones. Your child's pediatric orthopedic surgeon can make sure everything in their skeleton is growing and developing properly. BJU's Department of Orthopedics currently offers skeletal screening for children (up to age 16) for RMB 1,135. From now until August 31, the department will offer a special discount price for this service. The screening is designed to detect any skeletal issues your child may have, including scoliosis, spine abnormalities, high or low arches of the foot, and other structural issues. During the appointment, the doctor will conduct a physical examination. If further tests like X-rays or other scans are required, patients will also get a discount.
