Where is BJU?

You can find all of these services at BJU's main campus in Lido (2 Jiangtai Lu) in Chaoyang district. For your convenience, United Family Healthcare also operates eight clinics around the city, so you can get the care you need in a clinic near you. 

How can I make an appointment at BJU?

Making your next appointment at BJU is as simple as dialing 4008-919191. Our Service Center representatives can help make, cancel, or reschedule an appointment; check pricing for the service you require; and recommend a doctor if you're not sure which one to see. 

If you prefer making your appointments online, you can also use our WeChat booking portal. Simply tap on the blue link labeled BeijingUnitedFamilyHospital at the top of this article and enter our official account. How does BJU care for patients? 

At BJU, we offer a lifetime worth of care, looking after our patients from the time they're born up until their old age. We have brought together more than 200 full-time senior physicians and specialists from all over the world to provide professional expertise with a caring attitude. We provide a full range of medical services from 24-hour emergency care to wellness treatments, and we can offer state-of-the-art MRI technology, endoscopies, laparoscopic surgery, cardiovascular intervention, da Vinci robotic minimally invasive surgery, plastic and cosmetic surgery, and neurosurgery capabilities. At our ER and ICU, we can deal with any type of trauma except very severe burns.

The BJU staff is committed to caring for our patients in practical and culturally sensitive ways. We help with coordination of care, address medical and non-medical concerns, and provide auxiliary services within and surrounding the hospital. We offer language help with full-time patient advocates who can speak English, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, German, French, and Portuguese. We help with arranging accommodation for patients and families, take care of logistics related to patients' medical care, and offer emotional and psychological support. We care for patients of all ages and walks of life. At Beijing United Family Hospital, patients are our first priority. 

How does BJU get involved in the local community? 

BJU values community involvement. We offer first-aid services for community events, first aid and CPR classes, seasonal blood drives, prenatal and breastfeeding classes, and regular health talks from our doctors.
