Call out
1. to shout something, especially when you are trying to get someone’s attention（叫喊，大声地说）
例句：Each one of you should stand up when your name is called out.
2. to ask a person or organization that provides a service to come and deal with something for you（调来，请去，召集）
例句：The fire brigade was called out twice last night.

Call off
