Polymer scientists combine fundamental sciences (chemistry, biology, physics, mathematics) and engineering to drive materials discovery, design and innovation that in turn lead to cutting edge technology used in medicine, energy, the environment and everyday life.

ACS Polymers Au is a new open access journal that will support you in sharing your results widely and quickly across the world, so others can cite and build on the discoveries you have made.

This broad-scope journal includes macromolecular and soft matter science and their applications, including polymer synthesis and modification, polymer characterization, theory and modelling, nanotechnology, self-assembly, supramolecular chemistry, energy generation and storage, electronics, photonics, sensing, adaptive materials, membranes, renewable and sustainable materials and biomaterials.

The Editors, Professor Arthi Jayaraman (USA) and Professor Harm-Anton Klok (Switzerland), will ensure the peer review process for ACS Polymers Au will be rigorous, fair and efficient. The journal will publish significant, meaningful and impactful new research.

To make ACS Polymers Au open, discoverable and sustainable for all readers, the authors of accepted papers will pay an Author Publishing Fee (APC) and choose the CC-BY or CC-BY-NC-ND publishing license.
