研修通知 | 国际传播能力提升与外语人才培养（10月11—26日，线上直播）

讲好中国故事，传播好中国声音，展示真实、立体、全面的中国，是加强我国国际传播能力建设的重要任务。外语教育肩负着为服务国家发展战略提供智力支持和人才保障的重要职责，更应大力发挥潜能与优势，与时俱进，培养兼具沟通能力、人文素养、中国情怀、国际视野的复合型外语人才，为提升我国国际话语权、推动构建人类命运共同体作出积极贡献。
在此背景下，高校外语教学应主动创新，促进国际传播能力提升；外语教师应主动学习，增强国际传播素养与人才培养能力，着力培养兼具外语技能和国际传播能力的高素质人才。为此，外语教学与研究出版社将于10月11—26日在线上举办国际传播能力提升与外语人才培养研修班。本次研修由外研社高等英语教育出版分社与国才创培中心联合策划，特邀北京大学程曼丽教授、北京外国语大学刘滢副教授、环球网执行总编辑石丁、华为大学杰出讲师张泽森，分析当前国际传播新形势，以多元视角探索国际传播新路径；并邀北京外国语大学彭萍教授、杨华教授，四川外国语大学刘国强教授，首都师范大学崔琳琳副教授，阐释在外语教学中培养国际传播能力的新理念、新方法，助力高校外语教学提质增效。

程曼丽
北京大学国家战略传播研究院院长，教育部“长江学者”特岗教授。主要研究领域为新闻传播史、国际传播、国家战略传播，出版《国际传播学教程》《从国际传播到国家战略传播》等著作、教材，发表学术论文二百余篇。
石 丁
环球网执行总编辑。长期负责环球网时政新闻、海外传播、新媒体运营和内容风控等业务。积极实践新型主流媒体转型，拓展国际传播阵地，组织发起“‘一带一路’人文交流与经济合作论坛”、“中国网络名人环球行”和“新媒体环球培训营”等活动。与美国、俄罗斯、日本、澳大利亚等20余个国家或地区的政要、智库、媒体、商业机构，构建了通畅的沟通或合作渠道。
刘 滢
北京外国语大学国际新闻与传播学院副院长、副教授。长期致力于国际传播和新媒体传播研究，出版专著《全媒体国际传播：理论创新与实践转向》《主流媒体对外传播的新媒体策略》等。主持和参与多项国家或部委课题，独立撰写或合作的论文曾两次获“中国新闻奖”新闻论文奖，两次获“全国对外传播理论研讨会”优秀论文奖，获中国科技新闻学会第十次学术年会论文特等奖。
张泽森
华为大学杰出讲师，15年华为海外市场营销、拓展与管理经验，历任《华为人报》英文版主编、华为“心声社区”英文版主编、华为BCG合规教育专员、华为某地区部员工关系负责人。工作遍及全球50多个国家和地区，有丰富的海外工作经验和跨文化沟通与交流经历。
杨 华
博士，北京外国语大学教授。研究领域为二语习得、跨文化外语教育、外语课堂研究。近年公开发表与外语教育教学相关CSSCI科研论文10余篇，学术专著1部，主持完成教育部人文社科项目1项，参与省部级项目多项，主编多套英语教材，包括国家十一五教材1套。
崔琳琳
首都师范大学外国语学院副教授、硕士生导师，北京外国语大学应用语言学博士，剑桥大学教育学院访问学者，《基础外语教育》副主编，主要研究方向为外语教育、教师教育、叙事探究，教授的主要课程包括英语公众演讲、英语语法与写作、英语教学实践等。
彭 萍
北京大学博士，北京外国语大学教授、英语学院副院长。主要研究领域为翻译理论与实践、文化研究、商务英语等。已出版专著8部、独立译著10余部，在各级学术刊物发表论文40余篇，主持国家级、省部级及其他科研、教学项目10余项。兼任北京中外文化交流研究基地研究员，中国比较文学学会海外汉学研究分会理事等，荣获“文明之光·2019中国文化交流年度人物”称号。
刘国强
四川外国语大学国际传播学院院长；入选首批全国广播电视与网络视听行业领军人才工程；中国新闻史学会理事，中国高等院校影视学会媒介文化研究委员会副主任委员，中国新闻史学会视听传播研究委员会、符号传播学会、新闻教育史学会常务理事，中国高等教育学会新闻学与传播学专业委员会常务理事；主要研究领域为传播话语研究、国际传播和跨文化传播研究等。
