谷雨，二十四节气中的第六个节气，也是春季的最后一个节气。此时降水明显增加，满足了谷物生长的需要，正所谓“春雨贵如油”。谷雨将“谷”和“雨”联系起来，蕴涵着“雨生百谷”之意，反映了谷雨的农业气候意义。

    从气候角度看，在谷雨时节，东亚高空西风急流出现明显减弱和北移，华南暖湿气团比较活跃，西风带自西向东环流波动比较频繁，低气压和江淮气旋活动逐渐增多。受其影响，江淮地区会出现连续阴雨或大风、暴雨等强对流天气过程。聚焦天气舞台的“主角”，在全国不同地区，需要格外关注大风、沙尘、冰雹、强降水等异常天气。
