Fantastic Man是澳洲DJ、制作人和厂牌主理人Mic Newman的最新solo计划。
起初这个名字只是他在2011年一个玩票计划所使用的名字，而现在“Fantastic Man”的计划已经进化得更难界定了。他曾在诸多厂牌发表过作品，例如伦敦的Wolf Music、纽约的Let’s Play House、柏林的Love On The Rocks和他自己的厂牌Superconscious和Fine Choice。
Fantastic Man已经制作了一系列令人喜悦且极受追捧的电子单曲和混音作品，这些作品以富有想象力的旋律主题和令人神魂颠倒的韵律闻名。作为一个DJ，他以丰富的音乐选集著称。无论是氛围音乐、新世纪音乐或是尖锐的迪斯科作品都是他的强项。他为全球诸多顶级音乐节和俱乐部奉献过演出。目前的他活跃于柏林，现在他将从欧洲巡演中抽离出来并初次造访北京。
他将和Boflex一起加入一晚Dim Sum Disco的颓废之中。

Fantastic Man is the latest solo project by the Australian DJ, producer and label owner Fantastic Man. Started as a tongue-in-cheek edits alias in 2011, the Fantastic Man project has evolved into something far more difficult to pin down.
With releases on London’s Wolf Music, New York’s Let’s Play House, Berlin’s Love On The Rocks and his own labels, Superconscious and Fine Choice, Fantastic Man has crafted a steady stream of blissfully eclectic, sought-after releases and remixes, best known for their imaginative melodic themes and entrancing rhythms.
As a DJ, Fantastic Man is known for his expansive selections, from ambient, new age trips to acid disco extravaganzas, and has played in many of the top festivals and clubs around the world. Currently based in Berlin, Fantastic Man is taking some time away from the European circuit to drop into the Chinese capital for the first time and join Boflex for a night of Dim Sum Disco decadence.
