British Creative Arts in China

WTL Design and Jinshang group

Lilian Tian

CEO and Founder

As founder and design director of WTL Design, I have been involved with the interior design industry in China since the 1990s. I am continuously inspired by foreign cultures, mindsets, and practices. Using this to grow WTL Design with a unique mix of international best practices and Chinese spirit.

In developing my companies, I wanted to create a workspace that celebrated community, embraced technology and design, and encouraged passion. Most importantly, I wanted to create a workspace in which my team members would be proud to walk in every day and to enhance the quality of their professional and private lives. This led me to begin the JinShang Group. To invest in large spaces that I had the vision to shape. JinShang is a space that breaks down barriers and embraces multi-discipline and a multi-functional community. JinShang was born, not only for a place to work – but a place to thrive.
