2、Working with service team of channel partners to localize and upgrade the service standards for local sellers ;                                                                   3、User demands research and market analysis, optimize user experience by studying market trends , user behavior data, etc ; 4、Use behavior analysis and data analysis, enhance customers e-commerce capabilities through customer layer managerment ; 5、Track the effectiveness of KA and responsible for their performance,helping customers to get orders ；

6、Participating in the establishment of service provider management system, responsible for the recruitment and management of local service providers ；                           

7、Managing the seller community in terms of establishing a learning community that sellers could share and develop cross-boarder capability from each other . 【工作要求】 1、3-5+ years of B2B/B2C service products and key account service experience, able to do customer service operations independently; 2、Sensitive to B2B/B2C products, insight into user psychology, user experience analysis, user data analysis, etc. Have a mature and effective management and operation methods; 3、Have a good ability of business analysis and judgment, rich experience and capacity in customer service and partner management; 4、Prior experience of KA managering with Amazon or local B2B/B2C platform is preferred; 5、Good experience in customer life cycle management and local service planning capabilities; 6、Results-oriented, pursuing excellent customer experience; 7、Language required: Thai native with Fluent Chinese or Chinese with fluent Thai . 【联系方式】邮箱：[e-mail]   【有效期至】招到为止
