【工作薪资】35000-50000 Thai Baht+commission

【工作时间】Mon. - Fri. 9:30Am- 6:30Pm ( 1 hour lunch break)

【工作描述】本岗位不仅可以接触到中国内外大型跨国企业，还可以学习接触到最前沿的跨国投资业务。本岗位入职后从事的业务包括但不限于：

（1）跨境并购与重组

（2）跨境投资市场准入

（3）跨境投资架构设计

（4）跨境投资劳工法律

（5）跨境投资税收法律

（6）跨境金融法律操作

（7）跨境离岸业务

（8）跨境投资综合咨询 。

职务描述：有能力独立办案，独立完成业务项目谈判及签约、独立完成项目的执行。

• Represent clients before government agencies;

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including corporate documents and applications for various licences, on behalf of clients;

• Research any relevant legal issues and provide advise to clients on business, legal transactions and the structure of a transaction with close monitoring by senior associate;

• Negotiate settlements for legal matters;

• Comply with all legal standards and regulations;

• Assist with due diligence in relation to acquisitions or divestitures including contract review, property review and other matters;

• Run signing and closing checklists, draft due diligence reports and liaise with client's counsel;

• Provide legal advice and constructive structure for the foreign direct investment in Thailand. This includes the legal structure under the laws in relation to foreign business, Thailand investment promotion, Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, customs, and factories.

【工作要求】

1、学历要求：本科以上法律专业，执业律师优先；

2、工作经验：2年及以上法律工作经验，包括不低于1年的高密度的涉外法律执业经验优先。泰国华人或有在泰国工作经验者优先；（刚毕业者也欢迎）

3、管理经验：具有一定的团队协作能力及组织能力；

4、知识储备：要求知识面广，具有较好的世界历史及地理知识，关注政治经济动态；

5、工作态度：工作积极主动，细心、谨慎、有责任感。有志于从事涉外非诉讼法律业务；

6、个人能力：较强的学习能力、逻辑思维能力、抗压能力、自律能力；

7、外语能力：专业英语水平，听说读写俱佳。雅思6.5以上或者同等水平。

• Graduated Bachelor of Laws from top universities in Thailand or abroad

•  New gratuate is welcomed

• Experience with corporate and commercial laws, entity formation, dissolution, qualification, general corporate maintenance, foreign direct investment and corporate structure;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to build rapport with clients and various government agencies;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Demonstration of proactive, teamwork and collaboration skill; 

• Strong attention to detail, high level or organizational skills; 

• Fluent in Chinese is a plus but not a factor of candidate selection.
