【工作描述】
Job Descriptions
Responsibility
1.Provide users with various information for both PC and mobile games
2.Follow up on cases and reply customers back
3.Moderate in-game activities
4.Manage web pages and coordinate various departments.
5.Organize activities in the game as assigned
6.Summarize information about the work to prepare a report on a daily basis
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
1.ให้ความรู้ลูกค้าด้านเกมออนไลน์และมือถือ
2.รับแจ้งปัญหา ติดตามเคสต่างๆให้ลูกค้า และตอบกลับ
3.ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยภายในเกม
4.ดูแลเว็บเพจและประสานงานฝ่ายต่างๆ
5.จัดกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับเกมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
6.สรุปข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับงานเพื่อจัดทำรายงานในแต่ละวัน
【工作要求】
Qualifications
Have good communication skills with users
Able to handle the pressure very well
Able to use MS Office and Excel
Can work as a team Responsible
Experience in QA will be an advantage
If having experience in online game services Will be an advantage
Have Service Mind, the heart of CS
Have good knowledge in product
likes to play games
Able to work full time and in shifts
Qualifications
