【工作描述】1、监控游戏运行状态，及时反馈处理和协助处理游戏异常状况，与玩家做好沟通。
2、协助维护官方论坛与用户群。
【工作要求】1、热爱游戏，有客户服务意识，具备灵活的沟通技巧与能力。
2、执行力强，良好的抗压能力，善于团队合作。
3、熟练使用各种办公软件。
4、有游戏客服运营经验者优先考虑。
