【工作时间】周一至周五早上9：00-19：00。

【签证要求】 因为疫情，需要泰国当地定居者，有签证，可以直接工作者。

【工作描述】

 1.Manages and scopes out multiple projects in a highly cross-functional environment.

 2.Works with products from clients on business needs and project scope.

 3.Engages in strategic discussions to identify problems, measures, and improves the quality of workflows.

 4.Identifies opportunities to improve tooling and implements scalable solutions.

 5.Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

【工作要求】

 1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

 2.Three years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.

 3.Ability to work with technology well and is naturally tech-savvy.

 4.Ability to multi-task and use the information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.

 5.Ability to handle multiple priorities, work in a fast environment, and manage their time effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (Simplified and/or Traditional)
