【工作描述】

1. 负责有路流量平台的运营相关的素材采集、主题编辑等完整工作；

2. 负责有路平台重点项目的营销支持，包括但不限于视频直播，营销素材采集等工作；

3. 负责客户房屋的验收，出租，管理等事宜；

4. 负责A类重点客户的当地访问接待事宜；

5. 公司安排的其他事宜；

1. 长期生活在曼谷或未来五年内在曼谷定居；

2. 工作态度积极，执行力强，良好团队合作意识，对市场类工作充满热情；

3. 有较好的商业拓展能力及商务谈判能力；

4. 较了解泰国房地产业务；

5. 熟练运用中/英 或 中/泰作为工作语言；
