【招聘职位】Digital Marketing of Cross Border E-commerce
【职位介绍】 1. Develop marketing plan and digital marketing activities i.e. Ads, KOL live streaming,etc. to deliver and maximize sales and growth
2. Manage Big C Chinese social media accounts to gain brand awareness and maximize engagement including WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc
3. Work with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing efforts –including but not limited to promotion, visual merchandising on onlinestorefront, performance marketing, customer loyalty program, marketing communication, livestreaming
4. Research market competition, brand competition, and product competition to make recommendations for product assortment and marketing campaigns
5. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, and work cross-functionally to execute those improvements
6. Constantly monitor key metrics, inventory availability and product flows
【资质要求】1.Bachelor degree or above, at least 2 years relevant working experience
2.Excellent ability of marketing planning, marketing promotion, customer management, data analysis and execution
3.Familiar with operation mode of WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok and other new media platforms
4.Good copywriting skills, written and oral communication skills in Chinese and Thai
5.Familiar with video editing and picture design software
6. Skilled in the use of marketing tools, proficient in basic computer applications and Office software
