Under the leadership of Professor Liu Feiyao, NBICS seeks to provide the highest quality of academics while instilling in its students a feeling of self-worth and a desire to always do one’s best. NBICS regularly holds international activities, exposing its students to diverse cultures and the values of global citizenship.

♦ Professional Background 名师介绍
All teachers in the International Department have a solid educational background. Having graduated from prestigious universities, international teachers have a strong foundation in their respective subjects and ample teaching experience. All Chinese teachers are graduates of top international universities or those of Project 985 and Project 211 in China.
国际部实行中外名师授课，外教全部来自世界名校，学识精湛，教学经验丰富，其中不乏基辅大学语言学博士，纽约大学文学硕士、威斯康辛麦迪逊大学理学学士等名师。新的学年，学校陆续引进了更多优秀的外教加盟。
国际部中方教师团队均毕业于海外名校或国内985、211院校。如：美国普渡大学、英国谢菲尔德大学、英国诺丁汉大学，英国肯特大学、浙江大学、北京师范大学、华东师范大学、北京语言大学、中国美术学院等。
Curriculum 课程体系
以学生为中心、以团队合作为模式、以自主探究为导向的国际学科课程。
The International Department of NBICS offers core courses, all kinds of AP courses authorized by College Board and club courses. Using core and AP courses as a foundation, the school offers a wide range of club courses to meet the interests of its students.
宁波滨海国际合作学校的国际部课程体系主要分为三大板块：常规核心课程、AP课程、学院课程。
常规核心课程体系以原汁原味的纯正美高课程为框架载体，采用英文原版教材和课程设计方案，结合本校学生实际进行优化。常规核心课程贯穿整个高中年级，具有举足轻重的地位。AP课程体系是美国高中先修性大学课程，是常规核心课程的深化与拓展，我校是美国大学理事会授权的AP课程学校，开设了门类齐全的AP课程。以上述两大课程体系为基础，国际部创设了富有特色的学院课程体系，该课程由教师申报和学生申报相结合，充分挖掘每一位教师的才艺、激发每一个学生的兴趣。
Counseling 升学指导
In addition to group and individual counseling sessions, NBICS offers to its students one counseling lesson a week. Each student is assigned a counselor who they meet with on a regular basis to discuss their academic progress and college applications.
国际部的升学指导工作主要包括团体辅导和个别指导两方面。根据学生的需要，学部每周分年级开设升学指导课，帮助学生明晰大学申请的基本流程与必要准备。同时，每位新生入校后，学部都会为其配备一对一升学指导教师，每月进行两次个性化指导，帮助学生探索自我，找到自己的优缺点和兴趣点，尽早制定出个性化的学业规划。
升学指导团队的每位教师都有海外留学经历，了解海外大学、熟悉申请流程。学校会定期派出教师参加美国大学理事会组织的升学指导培训，为学生和家长带来最新的升学资讯。
通过与导师们的长期交流，学生们会在思想、性格、能力等方面取得巨大的提高与进步，学会科学规划学业、合理安排时间。此外，学校为每位学生定制了Plan在线升学指导系统，为学生建立“成长档案”，这些档案会自动推送到家长微信，使家长及时了解升学动态。
Extracurricular Activities 校园文化
Extracurricular activities include weekly clubs and monthly events, such as the annual Water Balloon Fight, the International Day and the New Year’s Gala, which instill global citizenship values in students.
