MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES / 主要职责
1. Board Assembly processes including evaluating process cost, quality, and capability alternatives.
汇编装配工艺包括评估工艺成本、工艺质量、工艺能力；
2. Develop equipment, tooling, materials, and process performance requirements, performs vendor searches and equipment evaluation to ensure adequate capability to produce quality product in required quantities at an effective cost.
确定设备、工装、材料、工艺的需求。寻找供应商，评估设备以确保合适的生产能力生产适当数量的产品；
3. Coordinates designed experiments and capability studies， develop process specifications, and designs.
协调设计实验和工艺能力研究。开发工艺规格和设计；
4. Analyze new processes and equipment with the intent of achieving continuous improvement of present method, develops process documentation.

5. Provide technical support for new product launches including performing design reviews for improvements in manufacture ability.

主要职责

1 Prepare test samples as per relevant procedures and instructions.根据相关的程序和说明，准备测试样品

2 Operate lab instruments and tools, such as firing control station, pressure tanks, temperature chambers, saw blade cutters, polishing machine, etc.操作实验室设备和工具（点火控制、压力容器，温度箱、切割机、抛光设备等等）
