一种跟着爵士摇摆乐跳的舞蹈

一种在20世纪初起源于美国的舞蹈，并且从1920年到1950年盛行于美国的舞蹈。它不仅是当时最最流行的舞蹈，社交的工具，而且可以说是美国文化最强大的代表之一。那个年代的美国电影，动画片都深深受着摇摆舞的影响。

一种可以像爵士乐一样即兴玩儿的舞蹈，可以充分发挥你的创造力。

一种男生可以穿西装打领带，女生可以穿着美美的裙子去跳的舞蹈。

一种学会了，可以去地球各个角落和那里的舞者一起跳的舞蹈。

一种能跳的特别欢乐逗比，也能跳得特别优雅梦幻的舞蹈。

一种精神、一种传承。

总之，摇摆舞是一种可以跳一辈子的舞蹈，一件可以做一辈子的事情！

"Swing dance" is a group of dances that developed with the swing style of jazz music in the 1920s-1940s, with the origins of each dance predating the popular "Swing Era". 

During the swing era, there were hundreds of styles of swing dancing, but those that have survived beyond that era include: Lindy Hop, Balboa, Collegiate Shag, Charleston. Today, the most well-known of these dances is the Lindy Hop, which is originated in Harlem in the early 1930s.

在该课程中，我们会教授Lindyhop最基本的元素，基本的六步、八步的动作，以及六步与八步的转换，以及一些经典的动作组合等，同时还会教授基本的查尔斯顿charleston舞步和一些变化。

通过该课程，您能够开始了解摇摆舞，并且能够用所学的舞步参与到舞会中来，和舞伴翩翩起舞。
