Tang Linglong, Zhang YongyuRm 101, building No.10, Quantang Rd No.38, Haizhu Dist, Guangzhou, China正在放空或者注意力极度集中的人总是难以打扰，意识流在绵延的水面上沉浮，时间在无限延长的同时被高度浓缩提纯，如同在密闭空间打碎一团粉末云雾，粉末弥漫使空气浓度发生改变。观看与被观看、投射与反射、吸收与释放、联系与脱离在主客体边界模糊的状态下不再矛盾，生长成一个有机的、全息式的多元形态，在互相排斥中环环相扣，情投意合里同床异梦。KNOCK KNOCK 是一个反对对立也反对反对立的暧昧通道，在这里，意识是弥散集中的，无机体是敏感无情的，次元壁是交织渗透的。过去、现在、未来同时存在于二维平面的画、三维立体的装置和多维的脑内感知空间。展览希望通过呈现四位艺术家对于视觉语言与材料的不同见解，在自构叙事中打开一个矛盾的错位时空。去功能化的拾来物或日常碎片被赋予人格，主动坐下检视自己并与你攀谈；时间成为一个被观看的对象，在凝固的蜡烛、消失的热感打印与缠绵的二极管中消解重构。此刻既是蜉蝣般的瞬间，也是缓缓蔓延的无穷。It is never easy to interrupt someone who is zoning out or extremely focused. The will is floating up and down on the stream of duration. Time is prolonged and condensed at the same time. Such process is like a cluster of powder that was broken in a confined space, the concentration of the air changes while the powder is diffusing. Seeing and being seen, project and reflect, absorb and release, connect and detach are no longer contradictory counterparts when the boundary of subjectivity and objectivity is melting down but develop a new organic holographic diverse state: attached while disconnecting, in love but dreaming discordantly.
KNOCK KNOCK is an ambiguous door against opposition and also anti-opposition. Here, the will is dispersive and concentrated, the inorganic is heartless and sensitive, the boundary of spaces are permeating and exchanging. Before, now and the future exists simultaneously in two-dimensional paintings, three-dimensional installations and sensuous perceptions in multi-dimension. Through the lens of the artists’ perspectives of visual language and material, this exhibition aims to bring out a paradoxical dislocation that highlights time and space as a channel to explore the outside and inner world at the same time. The exhibition is made up of many individuals works that create a whole, disfunctionalized everyday objects are given a certain personality and actively viewing themselves while making a conversation with you. Time becomes an observation object in a disarray timeline - from concretionary candle tears, vanishing thermal printing to interwoven diode - underlying that the present is both ephemeral instant and sprawling infinity.
