深圳宣布!香蜜湖新金融中心终于启动!深圳金融文化中心、国际演艺中心要来了

5月20日,深圳市建筑工务署在官微发布两则招标预公告,分别是《深圳金融文化中心方案设计及建筑专业初步设计国际招标》和《国际演艺中心方案设计及建筑专业初步设计国际招标》。


据悉,深圳金融文化中心和国际演艺中心两大项目均位于深圳市福田区核心地段,香蜜湖片区中区,深南大道北侧,总用地面积约3.23万平方米,总建筑面积将超过10万平方米。二者与深圳改革开放展览馆一同组成深南大道香蜜湖山海绿轴的重要公共建筑群,将进行协同设计,同期建设



其中,深圳金融文化中心定位为国内领先、国际一流的综合性、新型的金融类文化中心,规划含“金融博物馆、金融交易、金融国际交流”三大平台,集金融业展览展出、文物典藏、金融交易、金融国际交流会议及培训、学术研究、旅游教育等六大功能板块。


国际演艺中心贯彻“以人为本”的发展理念,广泛服务于国际国内演艺界专业人士、艺术表演爱好者,市民以及来深圳的国内外游客。国际演艺中心以未来梦幻演艺中心为理念,在参照世界顶级的演艺中心基础上,探索未来演艺中心(大剧场、音乐厅、灰空间)的方向和新科技、新技术、新演出方式,彰显在全球演艺中心、剧场建设的科技文化领先地位。

深圳改革开放展览馆、深圳金融文化中心、国际演艺中心建筑群


深圳改革开放展览馆用地面积3.49万平方米,总建筑面积约9万平方米(地上5万、地下4万),总投资约28亿,主要建设内容为建安工程、展陈工程、智慧博物馆工程、展品征集工程、专业设备购置工程等;三个项目室外配套和地下公共空间用地面积约4.6万平方米,建筑面积约6.4万平方米,总投资约6亿,纳入改革开放展览馆投资。以上计划总投资约34亿。


深圳改革开放展览馆力争打造成为中国特色专题性的大型现代化历史博物馆,成为展示和宣传中国改革开放重要成果的“窗口”,以及接待国内外政要的重要场所,并作为中国改革开放的专门研究机构。


深圳金融文化中心项目位于改革开放展览馆西侧,用地面积约1.73万平方米,总建筑面积约4.8万平方米(地上2.8万,地下2万),总投资约14.8亿。主要建设“金融博物馆、金融交易、金融国际交流”等三大平台。


国际演艺中心位于改革开放展览馆东侧,用地面积约1.5万平方米,总建筑面积约5.3万平米(地上2.8万,地下2.5万),总投资约18亿。主要建设内容包括2000座特大型剧场、1201座音乐厅等。

早在2018年,福田区一号文件《福田区现代产业体系中长期发展规划三年行动计划(2018—2020年)》就提出,香蜜湖片区将打造深圳金融街及国际交流中心。


2018年4月10日,《深圳市香蜜湖片区城市设计国际咨询公告》发布,指出要将香蜜湖片区打造成为深圳核心功能区规划建设的新标杆。


2019年5月8日,香蜜湖度假村片区综合整治正式开始。原香蜜湖度假村、美食城所在位置,就是现在深圳金融文化中心、国际演艺中心和深圳改革开放展览馆的项目用地范围。

Project Positioning


深圳金融文化中心定位为国内领先、国际一流的综合性、新型的金融类文化中心,规划含“金融博物馆、金融交易、金融国际交流”三大平台,集金融业展览展出、文物典藏、金融交易、金融国际交流会议及培训、学术研究、旅游教育等六大功能板块。
Shenzhen Finance Culture Center is positioned as a world first-class comprehensive and new finance culture center leading in China. The plan covers three platforms: finance museum, finance transaction, and finance international exchange, including six major functional blocks:  financial industry exhibition, collection of cultural relics,  finance transaction, finance international exchange conference and training,  academic research, and tourism & education.

项目概况

Project Overview


此项目与深圳改革开放展览馆、国际演艺中心一同组成深南大道香蜜湖山海绿轴的重要公共建筑群,将进行协同设计,同期建设,将体现深圳对改革开放四十年城市建设的回顾与提升,因此将此次设计招标主题确定为:深南|新品|营造。

This project, together with Shenzhen Reform and Opening-up Exhibition Hall and International Performance Center, will jointly form the important public building group of Xiangmihu mountain and sea green axis along Shennan Boulevard. They will have collaborative design and concurrent construction, reflecting the review and enhancement of urban construction in the past forty years of reform and opening-up of Shenzhen. Therefore, the design tendering theme this time is: 

Shenzhen Building on Reflection.


项目区位:深圳市福田区核心地段,香蜜湖片区中区,深南大道北侧,生态通廊公园西侧,与深圳改革开放展览馆、国际演艺中心相邻并拟协同规划建设。

Project location:Core area of Futian District, Shenzhen City, middle part of Xiangmihu Area, north side of Shennan Boulevard, west side of Ecological Corridor Park, adjacent to Shenzhen Reform and Opening-up Exhibition Hall and International Performance Center,  and they are planned to have collaborative planning and construction.

建设规模:用地面积约1.73万平方米(暂定),总建筑面积约为4.8万平方米(暂定),建筑高度控制30米以内(局部可适当突破,但不可超过36米)。

Construction scale: The land area is about 17,300m² (tentative), the gross floor area is about 48,000m² (tentative), and the building height is controlled within 30m (can be exceeded partially, but not exceeding 36m).


建设内容:由三大平台组成:金融博物馆平台(包括金融街区、展示陈列区、藏品库区、M+拓展活动区、业务管理区、公共服务区等功能区);金融交易平台(包括文化艺术品交易中心、文化产权交易、其他金融创新产品展示和交易区等3大基本功能区);金融国际交流平台(包括功能会议中心、会议厅、综合服务平台等3大功能区);其他配套空间,如餐饮及基本服务设施、地下车库、人防及设备用房等。
Construction content: Composed of three major platforms: finance museum platform (including finance block, display and exhibition area, collection storage area, M+ extended activity area, business management area, public service area and other functionalareas); finance transaction platform (including three basic functional areas: cultural art craft transaction center, cultural property right transaction center, and other finance innovation product display and transaction area); finance international exchange platform (including three major functional areas: functional conference center, conference hall, and comprehensive service platform); other supporting space, e.g. catering and basic service facilities, underground garage, civilair defense and equipment room, etc.

方案设计及深化、建筑专业初步设计(方案设计及深化包括但不限于以下内容:规划、总图、建筑专业、结构专业、机电专业、室内专业、景观专业、智慧场馆、幕墙专业、建筑声学等);对后续相关专业深化图纸涉及方案效果影响的内容进行审核;本次工作内容不包含展陈设计。最终工作内容以招标文件与设计合同内容为准。

Schematic design and development, architectural design development (schematic design and development including but not limited to the following contents: planning, general layout, architecture, structure, electromechanical, interior, landscape, intelligent venue, curtain wall, architectural acoustics, etc.); review the content of the subsequent disciplinary development drawings related to the scheme effect. The final work content is subject to Tender Document and Design Contract.

本项目采用“邀请+公开报名”的招标方式,共15家单位作为入围投标单位,并对入围未中标单位设置未中标优秀方案补偿费。

The tendering method of “invitation + open application” will be adopted for this project. A total of 15 agencies will be the shortlisted bidders. The un-awarded excellent scheme compensation will be made for those shortlisted bidders that fail to get the bid award.

1. 申请人须是中华人民共和国境内、外注册的企业或机构。
1. The applicant must be the enterprise or institution registered inside and outside the People’s Republic of China.


2. 接受联合体报名,其中联合体成员(含牵头单位)共计不得超过三家,联合体成员不得再单独或以其他名义与其他设计单位组成联合体参与报名。

2. A consortium is allowed, its member (including leading member) cannot exceed 3, and each member of the consortium can no longer make application in its own name or in the name of another consortium formed with other design agencies.


3. 联合体合作方需签署合法有效的《联合体协议》,并明确牵头单位,各个设计阶段中各方的分工划分方式和设计费用的分摊比例、分配方式等。

3. The consortium parties need to sign legal and effective Consortium Agreement and specify the leading member, work division method and design fee allocation proportion, distribution method, etc. at each design stage.


4. 不接受个人或个人组合的报名。

4. Application of individuals and individual groups is not accepted.

此项目与深圳改革开放展览馆、深圳金融文化中心一同组成深南大道香蜜湖山海绿轴的重要公共建筑,协同设计,同期建设,将体现深圳对改革开放四十年城市建设的回顾与提升,因此将此次设计招标主题确定为:深南|新品|营造。


This project, together with Shenzhen Reform and Opening-up Exhibition Hall and Shenzhen Finance Culture Center, will jointly form the important public buildings of Xiangmihu mountain and sea green axis along Shennan Boulevard. 建筑规模:用地面积约1.5万平方米(暂定),总建筑面积约为5.3万平方米(暂定),建筑高度控制30米以内(局部可适当突破,但不可超过36米)。

Construction scale: The land area is 15,000 m² (tentative), the gross floor area is about 53,000m² (tentative), and the building height is controlled within 30m (can be exceeded partially, but not exceeding 36m).


建设内容:主要包括一座梦剧场(1500座以上,力争2000座)及其附属的配套功能空间、一座星辰音乐厅(500至800座)及其附属的配套功能空间、国际音乐大师交流中心、灰空间(艺术衍生品与商业运营等)及其附属的配套管理与后勤空间等。

Construction content: Mainly include one Dream Theater (above 1500 seats, trying for 2000 seats) and its auxiliary supporting functional space, one Star Concert Hall(500 - 800 seats) and its auxiliary supporting functional space, International Music Master Exchange Center, Gray Space (art derivatives and commercial operation) and its auxiliary supporting administration and logistic space, etc.
