佩戴 Apple Watch 7年，直到今年七月。
Apple Watch S8及Ultra发布了。2015年，我在初代发布后第一时间入手，每天佩戴，直到今年7月22日。换过四代，共七年两个月。
那是仅下过水一次的Apple Watch S6。我第二次戴着它游泳。但这回刚开始游没多久机身开始报警过热，接着自动关机。游泳结束后，擦干开机，却不断自动SOS并发出蜂鸣声。关机又晾了一段时间，反复白苹果无法开机。
下面是我向客服咨询维修的过程，关键词：扯皮、话术、复读机。了解到了小地方用苹果产品出了问题会有多难。
无法邮寄维修
第一位客服让我去Apple Store，我说所在地没有，最近的几百公里。然后她让我去两小时车程外的特约维修店。我说不能邮寄维修吗？答，不能，因为邮寄中可能二次损坏。最终问了上司，给我推荐了本地的中转站，交给他们邮寄。
我对比了一下苹果中国和美国的维修页面差别，确实少了邮寄维修选项，不知为何。
手表只换不修
中转站：你这过保了？
刚过保就不能修吗？
维修费和新手表几乎一样了，会给你换块新的。
无论出什么问题都得这样修？
是，你要能接受，我就帮你寄过去，不过得一个月。你不如直接去授权店修，那边快。
过几天开车两个多小时去了授权店。
店员：我们不修，也不能检查。维修价格两千多，不过你要先同意付钱才能帮你寄。
我都不知道哪里坏了就要同意两千多维修费？
是的（爱理不理）
走人，再给客服打电话。结果客服说，要不我再给你另一个特约维修店试试吧。我一看好家伙，在外省。
特约维修店要先谈钱再说维修
两天后客服再打电话过来说，他去跟特约维修店核实过了，维修确实需要先把价格确定好的。（苹果自己的维修政策要靠客服跟特约维修店确认？！）
我说我家有十二台苹果设备，是不是只要出问题了，去不了Apple Store，都要去维修店并且先把维修价格谈妥才能检查。而且你怎么知道不是电池问题，换电池只要几百块。他支支吾吾沉默了一会说回去再去问一下，第二天给我打电话。
第二天换了一个人，说同事临时有事。她把前一天的话原原本本的重复了一遍，没有任何新信息。我刚睡醒，也懒的争辩了，挂了电话。
其实我早已不指望修好这块表，只是想讨个说法。但听到这段复读，累了，放弃了。
客诉邮件石沉大海
昨天的发布会最开始，Tim Cook分享了几封给他写的感谢信，都说Apple Watch怎么救了他们的命。我早写了一封信说这次不愉快的经历，可惜没有任何回音。cc给苹果中国客服也没有任何反应。全文如下：
Hi Tim,
My name is Tao. I’m an independent iOS developer and photographer. My apps and photographs were recommended by Apple on App Store and @apple on Instagram. I love Apple products and create stuff with them.
I’ve been an Apple Watch user since the first gen was released. I love this device, so do my parents.
Since 2015, I wore Apple Watch every single day, until last Thursday. It’s the first time I went swimming in a year. I tapped swim in the Workout app and start swimming. Several minutes later, the watch shut down because of over heating. I took it off, left it to be dry for several days. Now it won’t start up.
I contacted the support. They said I had to bring it back to the Apple Store because in China mailing it back to Apple is not supported. But currently I’m in a small town which has no Apple Store nor repair center. The support contacted a third party store in my town and let them mail it for me. But if the watch is damaged I have to pay for the replacement fee, which is almost equal to buying a new one.
The watch was bought on Sep. 2020, less than 2 years ago. I understand that the warranty has expired. What I don’t understand is, how come a water resistant watch which I trusted can be damaged in a mild pool swimming exercise, and I have to pay almost the full price to get it fixed. It’s such a huge disappointment. I hope my watch get fixed for a reasonable price!
Any of my friends wanted to get a wearable device I always recommended Apple Watch. I trusted it very much and thought it contributed a lot to a healthy life. But not anymore after this.
I’m not sure if anyone will read this email. I wish Apple will make reliable wearable devices again, and won’t let customers down.

我妈从没用过手机，但两年前给她买的蜂窝版SE她却用的很开心，日常也会喜欢关闭三环，给家里人打打电话什么的。可前几天跟她聊起来这件事，她说：
“他们不是说不怕水吗？看来苹果也就那样，也是骗子！”
这次发布的Ultra，特意强调了潜水功能，它们看起来都是值得信赖的设备，但我已经不信任它们了。我的 Apple Watch 活动目标达成次数也停留在了1744次。
今天朋友给我发来 Steve Jobs Archive，配了一个😭表情，我看了一会儿很是感慨。我们都算是很多人口中说的Apple Fanboy。他问我会不会入Ultra和14，我说不会。
