布局高新区太湖湾科创城（太科园）板块！

Renowned property company wins land bid

2022年无锡四批次土拍落幕，太湖湾科创城（太科园）板块2幅地块被中鹰成功拿下！这是中鹰集团首次进入无锡，也是太湖湾科创城（太科园）板块时隔近三年再次出让土地。

Taihu Bay Science and Technology Innovation City in the Wuxi National H-tech District (WND) transferred two land plots in the fourth land auction launched by Wuxi this year. China Eagle Group (CEG), a Shanghai-based development company specializing in luxury real estate, won the bid, taking up a great opportunity to establish a presence in Wuxi.

两宗地块均位于太科城核心位置，均位于地铁4号线二期（在建）净慧西道站附近，周边生活氛围浓厚，云集无锡交响音乐厅、新吴万达广场、海力士医院、大桥实验学校、波士顿国际学校等优质配套。加上地块提前确定的优质教育资源：高新区（新吴区）太科城实验学校，为九年一贯制公办学校，委托无锡市大桥实验学校管理，可谓是锦上添花。

Both plots are located at the core of the Taihu Bay Sci-tech Innovation City, near Jinghui West Road Station of Metro Line 4 Phase II which is under construction. The location offers convenient living close to the Xinwu Wanda Plaza, SK Hynix Happiness (Wuxi) Hospital, Wuxi Big Bridge Academy, and Wuxi Boston International School while also ensuring an elegant lifestyle through its proximity to the Wuxi Symphony Hall. A planned nine-year public school, to be operated by the Wuxi Big Bridge Academy, will enrich the education resources in the area.

Wuxi intelligent company uses acquisition into European market

近日，先导智能在德国举办公司收购合作揭牌仪式，宣布全资收购自动化装备制造商Ontec，建立海外技术能力中心，成为首家在欧洲本土建设技术中心的中国锂电装备企业。

Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co Ltd recently held an unveiling ceremony in Germany where it announced the wholly-owned acquisition of Ontec Automation GmbH, an automation equipment manufacturer. The big move will make the Wuxi firm the first Chinese lithium battery equipment company to build a technology center in Europe.

先导智能目前已在全球建立了11个海外分子公司，为全球知名汽车厂商和电池企业提供装备和服务，市场占有率稳居全球第一、欧洲第一。以本次收购为契机，企业将持续完善海外服务体系，融合平台化运营经验和差异化的服务策略，进一步提升先导智能国际化运营水平。

Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment has so far established 11 overseas subsidiaries around the globe that provide equipment and services for world-renowned automobile manufacturers and battery companies, bringing its market share to number one in both Europe and the world. The company manager said they will take this acquisition as an opportunity to continue to improve the company’s overseas service layout, accumulate platform-based operation experience, and implement differentiated service strategies.

Wuxi hi-tech manufacturer wins national title

近日，第七批国家制造业单项冠军企业（产品）名单公示，来自高新区的奥特维科技股份有限公司的光伏电池片自动串焊机产品入围第七批制造业单项冠军产品。这也是高新区企业获得的第二个单项冠军称号！

The photovoltaic cell automatic string welding machine developed by the WND’s Wuxi Autowell Technology Co Ltd was listed among the seventh batch of national individual champion products in the manufacturing industry. This is the second time such title has been won by a WND enterprise.

奥特维自创立以来，先后获得市专精特新、省专精特新、省首台套重大装备等资质认定，拥有专利923个，产品主要服务于隆基、晶科、天合等光伏龙头企业，全球市场占有率连续三年超过70%，公司近年来营收平均增长率达80%，今年前三季度营收规模已达23.98亿元，超过去年全年。

Since its establishment, Autowell has successively obtained the qualifications of municipal and provincial “specialized and sophisticated enterprises that produce new and unique products” and had its products recognized as the first set of major equipment in Jiangsu province. It owns 923 patents and has held industry giants like LONGi Green Energy Technology, Jinko Solar, and Trina Solar as its loyal clients. The company's global market share exceeded 70 percent for three consecutive years, and its average revenue growth rate has reached 80 percent in recent years. Its revenue scale in the first three quarters of this year stood at 2.40 billion yuan ($331.64 million), surpassing last year's total.
