境外债承揽岗（北京）
工作职责：
负责中资美元债等境外债券品种项目的市场开拓和落地，包括招投标，发行方案设计，商业谈判等；
紧密根据境内外宏观经济和货币政策变化，债券、汇率等市场走势，为发行人提供境外债务融资方案、市场分析、发行窗口选择等专业化服务；
负责公司固定收益类（境外债券等）产品发行阶段的相关工作，包括市场分析、销售组织、询价、路演、簿记、定价及配售等。
任职资格：
有3年及以上DCM债券承揽/承做相关工作经验，有江苏及山东区域经验优先；
硕士及以上学历，金融、经济等相关专业（条件优秀者可适当放宽）；专业基础良好，熟悉相关法规，对债券市场有较为全面的了解；
形象气质佳、品行端正、身体健康、人际交往能力和组织协调能力强；
工作严谨细致，有较强的逻辑思维，沟通及获取信息能力强，具备较强的市场分析判断能力，有良好的团队合作意识和敬业精神。
Credit Research / Rating Advisory,
Debt Capital Market
Responsibilities:
• Prepare presentation materials and financial models for credit rating.
• Coordinate with bond issuers and rating agencies on initial rating and follow-up issues.
• Assist credit analysis (both financial and operational) of potential issuers; come up with rating views with rationales supported by framework of rating agencies.
• Interact with other teams of DCM to support pitching and client management.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• Solid accounting knowledge, prefer at least 3 years working experience in Big 4 accounting firms;
• Strong technical skills in building financial models and preparing PPT;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player, capable to handle multiple tasks;
• Interested in fixed income market and willing to learn and take responsibilities/challenges;
• Prior experience in rating agencies or fundamental research will be a plus but not necessary; and
• Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.

- Manage end-to-end projects from the initialization phase to preparation and execution.- Oversee the project budget, timeline &deliverables- Perform project governance, risk management, change management and vendor management.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert- Ability to analyse complex systems requirement- Ensure quality of master data

IT - Fintech Business Development
