Huawei Fires American Employees & Cancels US Meetings

Their chief strategy architect Dang Wenshuan is quoted as saying American staff were turfed out of the Shenzen office two weeks ago after the US blacklisted the Chinese telecoms firm.
The US added Huawei to a trade blacklist, making restrictions that will make it extremely difficult for the company to do business with U.S. counterparts, earlier this month.
A workshop at Huawei headquarters with American personnel was rapidly halted after the announcement and the foreigners were told to take their laptops and leave, the Financial Times reported.
The moves come amid growing U.S.-China tensions over trade and technology in which Huawei, the world's largest telecoms firm, has been a main target.
On Wednesday, China filed a lawsuit in the States challenging the constitutionality of a law that limits its sales of telecoms equipment.
Huawei is now fighting to maintain access to major markets for next-generation communications as the US claims the company threatens international cyber-security.
