Wishu is a brand based in Shanghai specialized in intimate & healthcare for women in China, and with a strong focus on digital media (Taobao, JD, 1号店, Suning, WeChat, Weibo…).

We are looking for a Community Management Intern to manage Wishu communication, its brand image, positioning and its relationship with Wishu fanbase.This position will directly report to the manager and cofounder of Wishu.
The mission purpose is to unite the community through our digital platforms, create and share contents to engage followers and to increase Wishu brand awareness.

MISSION：

Increase Wishu brand’s online awareness - Manage and activate social networks (Weibo, WeChat, Linked, Facebook …) - List and engage the online community (blogs, forums…) to establish and increase the brand positioning - Organize a dashboard to manage KPIs - Search and contact new medias and websites to improve Wishu reputations - Plan and monitor recruitments campaigns (new followers) with KOLs
- Reporting results and Adjusting actions and strategy
Increase Wishu fanbase

- Convert our current followers into brand ambassadress : increase conversion and engagement rates, numbers of followers, shares…
- Content creation : increase the “Share Of Voice” with appropriate contents and develop the brand loyalty (blog, NewsleWer, games…)
- Create conversation to increase activities onto social platforms
- Tracking & analysing the audience and convert into actions

SKILLS

- Good writen communication skills (focus on Online)
- Fluent in Chinese mandatory
- Good English (or French)
- Strong interest in Digital marketing
- Creative spirit and proactive
- Knowledge in SEO/SEM is a plus
