Most spectrometers for satellite-supportedremote sensing of the atmosphere are passive instruments. The era of Copernicusatmosphere missions began in October 2017 with the launch of TROPOMI. Thefuture Copernicus missions will extend these global atmosphere measurements forthe next two decades. The trace gases products (ozone, nitrogen dioxide,sulphur dioxide, formaldehyde, bromine oxides, glyoxal, water vapour, etc.)generated with UPAS, as well as aerosol and cloud products are used in numerous applications including climate research, and air quality and volcanomonitoring. We also develop algorithms and processors for the currentatmosphere missions GOME-2/MetOp and TROPOMI/Sentinel-5 Precursor as well asfor the future missions.

We consider undirected graphs without loops andmultiple edges. A $k$-regular graph $\Delta$ on $v$ vertices is called a Dezagraph with parameters $(v,k,b,a)$ (usually $a \le b$), if the number of commonneighbours of any two vertices takes precisely two values $a$ or $b$. In mytalk I'm going to discuss Deza graphs that are Cayley graphs of cyclic groupsand some related results and open problems. The talk is based on a joint workin progress with Alexander Gavrilyuk and Leonid Shalaginov.

Dr. M. K. Abeyratne is an academic working as a Senior Lecturer at theDepartment of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka.He competed his B.Sc. in Mathematics at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.Then M.Sc. in Industrial Mathematics and Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics had beencompleted at Technishe Universitaet Kaiserslautern, Germany. Dr. Abeyratne’sresearch of his doctoral studies focused on Wavelet Based Computational Methodsfor Solving Elliptic Boundary Value Problems in Linear Elasticity withGeo-physically relevant applications, in which the field of research isreferred as Geo-mathematics. His research interests lie on Mathematicalmodelling and on Numerical Methods for Partial Differential Equations. Dr.Abeyratne is currently working at South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, as aresearch collaborator of CSL-CER at SCSIO under a CAS PIFI visiting fellowship.His short-term research study at SCSIO focusses on the use of mathematical andcomputational aspects to contribute to understanding of selected vertical flowmodels in Physical Oceanography.

疑问代词连锁句的句法结构及语义解释

在疑问句连锁句中，前后两个分句的疑问代词虽然指称不定，但其在语义上指示的内容相同。这种语言现象在其他语言中很少见并对现有的语言理论分析提出挑战。现有研究，将两个疑问代词分析为同一量化的变项的做法，忽视了疑问代词连锁句语义解释多样性的事实，亦留下理论难题。本场沙龙将提供一种新的分析，指出前后疑问代词指示相同的关系，可由疑问词连锁句的句法结构和疑问代词的句法特征确定，不需再做其他特定的假设。
