A Quick Guide to "Hangzhou Health Code"

Currently, Zhejiang Province is vigorously developing health code management system, and Hangzhou, Jinhua and other cities have launched health code online. 

目前，浙江省各地正在紧锣密鼓地推进健康码管理系统建设，其中杭州、金华等地已经上线启用健康码。

In the near future, Zhejiang is about to cover the health code mechanism among the whole province.

未来，浙江将在全省推行健康码机制。

What Is Health Code?

Hangzhou government released a code management system for people in and entering Hangzhou. It's a self report system that asks user to update their health condition in the app. And it will be checked in transport hubs like metro, train station and in set-up premeters. It has color of "Green red and orange". This is for travelling through Hangzhou (this is just beta version does not work well now with expats in some ways)

Now, let's take Hangzhou health code as an example to introduce the steps of application.   

以下以杭州健康码为例，介绍申领步骤。

STEP1

Find/download the mobile phone app Alipay (支付宝 in Chinese) and scan the QR code below with it.

You might see the message as below, for first-time users, to request your consent to provide personal information. Just click the right button to agree. You may just skip it if you’ve registered. 

授权“杭州健康码”获取个人有关信息：姓名、手机号、证件号码。

STEP3

步骤三

Answer the questions as requested concerning your health status and whereabouts.

依次填写选项（*为必填）。

STEP4 

步骤四

Complete the form and submit.

确认后提交。

STEP 5

步骤五

Get the Hangzhou health code.

生成二维码。

Note:

You are requested to have a GREEN code for entering or leaving from Hangzhou. 

A RED code holder is requested for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 14 days in a row, and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself in normal condition for the past 14 days. 

Likewise, a YELLOW code holder is requested to stay for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 7 days in a row, and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself in normal condition for the past 7 days.  

注：显示绿码者，进出杭州扫码通行；显示红码者，要实施14天的集中或居家隔离，在连续申报健康打卡14天正常后，将转为绿码；显示黄码者，要进行7天以内的集中或居家隔离，在连续申报健康打卡不超过7天正常后，将转为绿码。

Please keep your Health Code updated(Dynamic) and present it when is required.

To accommodate the high demands, Hangzhou Health Code can now be accessed via the webpage and also the Wechat app.  The earlier launched Alipay and Dingtalk channels are still available.

除了支付宝外，为方便群众申领，“杭州健康码”已开通网页扫码、微信扫码等申领渠道。未申领人员可通过扫描屏幕下方二维码进行申领注册。原支付宝、钉钉申领渠道继续有效。
