众目睽睽之下，相信这次高某芳难逃法网。很多人都在问，谁是高某芳的后台，下一个是谁？

就在刚刚，《人民日报》公布了一则消息：吉林省食品药品监督管理局原党组书记、局长崔洪海（正厅级）涉嫌受贿罪一案，今日由长春市人 民 检 察 院向长春市中 级 人 民 法 院提起公诉。

至于崔洪海被抓的原因，长春市人 民 检 察院起诉书指控书说的很明白：被告人崔洪海利用职务便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。崔落马前在吉林药监领域工作多年，并从2013年开始一直主政吉林药食监。

长生疫苗案爆发期间，正是此人主政吉林药监，而此人落马的原因也是收受他人贿赂。再看看长生生物，此前多次被爆出行贿丑闻，每年收入的近三分之一是营销费用用来给疫苗销售开路，以至于虽然狂犬病疫苗质次价高，但是就是有市场。

由此可见，虽然《人民日报》没有明确说崔的落马和高某芳有关，但明眼人都能看得出来此人落马，高某芳绝对难逃关系。怪不得高某芳的伪劣疫苗在吉林能一路畅通无阻，监管形同虚设，原来，主管食品、药品监督的是个大蛀虫啊！

尤其让人心惊肉跳的是，这次疫苗案之所以爆出，是因为高某芳和内部员工不和，员工出于报复心理对公司劣质疫苗进行了举报，正是这样一起偶然的内讧才让案件得以曝光，

如果这个员工不举报呢？

我们这些吃着国家俸禄的各级药监们是不是永远也查不出劣质疫苗其中的猫腻，伪劣疫苗是不是还要继续源源不断的打进老百姓的体内。

想想太可怕了！

高某芳固然可恶，但是如果没有关部门能严格监管，不给她作恶的土壤和舞台。怎会让她一路做大？高某芳被抓之后，可以肯定，高某芳每年几个亿的攻关费用将会是盘查重点，这也是高某芳的问题疫苗一路绿灯的关键所在。扯出萝卜带出泥，这两天，和高某芳有过交集收受过高某芳好处的一些疾控中心的负责人估计都夜不能寐了！

这一次，肯定要带出一大批医疗行业内的贪腐蛀虫。高某芳能够空手套白狼，将国企私有化给自己，之后又能一路风生水起，把假疫苗卖到全国，如果背后没有人支持，这一切是根本无法想象的。

在高某芳的身后，站着的绝对不是一个，而是一个巨大的利益团体，他们为了金钱，早已将为人民服务的宗旨抛到了九霄云外，对这些人不杀一批不足以平民愤，不杀一批不至于震慑他们继续犯罪。

北京大学教授李玲就曾大声疾呼“政府不是万能的，但民生领域是政府应尽的责任。即使是资本主义国家，社会领域也基本都是社会化管理，而不是市场化管理。”通过长生疫苗案和武汉问题疫苗案的不断爆出这一桩桩血的教训告诉我们，一些关系民生的产业绝不能被这些眼里只有金钱的资本家们垄断掌控。

从2010年开始，疫苗丑闻的屡禁不绝已经充分说明：不从根本上改变问题，将一些涉及民生的重要领域收归国有，今天即使拿下重判高某芳，明天还有低某芳站出来铤而走险。

在一次次血的教训面前，该做出改变了！
