▌美国将华为列入出口管制“实体名单”
当地时间15日,美国商务部发布声明,将华为列入其出口管制“实体名单”。美国禁止华为在未经美国政府特别批准的情况下从美国企业购买技术或配件;同时禁止所有美国企业购买华为设备。
美国商务部周一宣布暂时放宽对华为的限制,给华为及其合作伙伴90天的“临时执照”,有效期至8月19日。美方称,此举是为了维持现有的通信网络运作,同时也给华为及其商业伙伴一些时间来升级软件和处理合同。
