2000年毕业于浙江大学电气工程学院，2008年和先生胡黎强一起创办晶丰明源，于2019年10月登录科创板。在经营公司十五年期间，刘洁茜积累了丰富的经营管理经验，在企业文化建设以及员工职业发展和个人成长方面具有独特的体验和感悟。

晶丰明源是一家专业的电源管理和控制驱动芯片设计公司，专注于电源管理和电机控制芯片的研发和销售，产品覆盖LED照明驱动芯片、AC/DC电源管理芯片、DC/DC电源管理芯片、电机控制驱动芯片等，广泛应用于LED照明、家电手机、个人电脑、服务器、基站、网通、工业控制等领域。

LIU graduated from College of Electrical Engineering of Zhejiang University in 2000 and established Shanghai Bright Power Semiconductor Co., Ltd with her husband HU Liqiang in 2008. The company logged into the Science and Technology Innovation Board in October, 2019. During the fifteen year period of running the business, LIU has accumulated rich experience in enterprise management and has gained a unique insight into enterprise cultural construction as well as career development and personal growth of employees.
