招聘岗位
(一)学科带头人(拟聘3人)
1.岗位职责:
在学院规划和指导下制定药理学、药物化学、中药学、天然药物学、药剂学及药物分析学等学科方向的发展计划;统筹各类科研和校企合作项目的申报;负责科研、教学以及优化人才梯队工作;负责学生实习和实训平台的建设,推进学科方向的发展与创新。
2.应聘条件:
(1)在药学相关领域的科技前沿、新兴产业、工程技术等方面取得过创造性学术成就以及显著性成果;
(2)年龄不超过50周岁,具有一流的学术水平,担任海内外知名高校或科研院所副教授以上职务,或任职于知名企业的教授级高工;
(3)英语流利,能作为工作语言;善于团队协作,具有良好的沟通协调能力和组织管理能力,能有效组织并领导创新团队攻克学术技术难关;
(4)对于具有特别优秀的科学研究和技术创新潜能的优秀青年学者,可适当放宽条件。
(二)教授(拟聘3人)、副教授(拟聘3人)、助理教授(拟聘6人)
1.岗位职责:
协助学科带头人制定学科方向和人才梯队建设的整体规划;承担药物化学、药剂学、药物分析、药理学、中药学、天然药物学及药事管理学等课程的教学及相关科研工作;负责学生实习及实训平台的建设等学院安排的工作。
2.应聘条件:
(1)在海内外知名大学或药学类国家重点学科高校取得药学类博士学位;
(2)教授、副教授应聘者年龄不超过45周岁,助理教授应聘者不超过35周岁,特别优秀者条件可适当放宽;
(3)教授、副教授应聘者应在近3年承担过省部级以上的药学研究项目;
(4)有国外知名高校、研究机构及知名企业学习工作两年及以上经历者优先。

待遇与福利
♦ 符合深圳市杰出人才标准的,学校提供年薪150万元;市政府提供人才补贴600万元,分5年发放(免税)。
♦ 符合深圳市国家级领军人才或孔雀计划A类人才标准的,学校提供年薪130万元;市政府提供人才补贴300万元,分5年发放(免税)。
♦ 地方级领军人才或孔雀计划B类人才,市政府补贴200万,分5年发放(免税);后备级领军人才或孔雀计划C类人才,市政府补贴160万,分5年发放(免税)。
♦ 助理教授、副教授、教授综合年薪分别37万、46万、60万起,特别优秀人才面谈。
♦ 提供良好的教学科研条件,提供参加国内外学术交流的机会。

I.
Brief Introduction
College of Pharmacy of Shenzhen Technology University(SZTU) was officially established in March 2020, in cooperation with the Government of Pingshan, Shenzhen and local leading pharmaceuticals companies, integrating production and education, building the university-enterprise collaborative innovation platform and enterprise practice base, in order to cultivate high quality application-oriented talents, provide support with high quality technology and new medicine with clinical value for the Shenzhen pharmaceutical industry, accelerating the establishment of Biomedicine Technology Industrial Zoom in Pingshan District.
The establishment of College of Pharmacy of SZTU will strongly promote the improvement of structure of technology innovation system with enterprise-oriented, market-driven and collaboration of research, education and production. II.
Responsibilities and Requirements of Positions
1.Academic Leader
(1) Responsibility
To develop a project for the disciplines of pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, traditional Chinese medicine, natural medicine, pharmacy and pharmaceutical analysis according to the plan and guideline of College of Pharmacy; in charge of the application of all scientific research and university-enterprise cooperation projects; responsible for optimize talent echelon work; responsible for the construction of platforms for student internships and training and to facilitate the development and innovation of disciplines.
(2) Qualification
1)Achieved ground breaking academic achievements and significant results on scientific and technological frontiers, emerging industries, engineering technologies in the relevant field of pharmacy;
2)Under the age of 50 years old, with a first-class academic level, holding the position of associate professor or above in a well-known university or scientific research institute at home and abroad, or a professor-level senior engineer in a well-known enterprise;
3)Good at English speaking and writing; with teamwork spirit, good communication, coordination and organization skills, with ability to organize and lead innovative teams to overcome academic and technical difficulties;
4)For young scholars with particularly outstanding scientific research and technological innovation potential, requirement appropriately lowered.
2.Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor
(1) Responsibility
To assist academic leader develop general plans for discipline direction and talent echelon construction; in charge of teaching and conducting related scientific research work on courses such as medicinal chemistry, pharmacy, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacology, Chinese medicine, natural medicine and pharmacy management; responsible for the construction of platforms for student internships and training and other tasks arranged by the college.
(2) Qualification
1) Hold a doctor’s degree in pharmacy from a well-known university at home or abroad or a national key university that emphasized on pharmacy;
2)Applicants for professors and associate professors must be under the age of 45 years old and assistant professors must be under the age of 35 years old. Requirements for particularly outstanding candidates can be appropriately lowered;
3)Applicants for professors or associate professors should have undertaken pharmaceutical research projects at the provincial or ministerial level in the past 3 years;
4)Those who with the working experience in well-known foreign universities, research institutions and well-known enterprises for two years or more are preferred.
