Have your children learn, play, cook, and converse in Chinese and English with foreign and Chinese teachers while also learning about the traditions of Chinese New Year and overseas holidays and celebrations.
通过趣味课程、传统游戏、中国美食，帮助您的孩子学习中国春节的习俗和传统；我们的授课老师有中国人，也有外国人，是地道的双语环境。
Parents, sign your children up for one session or all sessions and rest easy while they reap the benefits of an international environment in a traditional Beijing courtyard setting.
爸爸妈妈们，为孩子报名参加我们一期或全部冬令营，帮助孩子们在一个传统的北京四合院内，拓展国际化的文化视野，也为您自己筹划一个轻松的假期。
Five-Day Sessions
Monday-Friday beginning Jan 18
through Feb 19.
(The week of Feb 8 will be a prorated 3-day session). We require a minimum of 4 full-day participants in order to run each session.
冬令营5天日营
从1月18日到2月21日共五周，每周一到周五（其中2月8到12号这一周，因春节假期，仅安排前3天日营).
最少成团人数，4人开营。
Each 5-day session:
2500rmb per child for half day (9:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00)
4800rmb per child for full day (9:00-17:00)
每一期价格：半日营 - 人民币2500元/孩子（9:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00）
全日营 – 人民币4800元/孩子 (9:00-17:00)
Sample Daily Itinerary Session 1
(Should your child join for more than 1 session, subsequent weeks will be tailored to them and be different from previous sessions).
以一日课程安排为例:（如果您的孩子参加2期以上的冬令营，我们将为他们设置不同的学习内容，不会重复已经学习的内容)。
Morning 早上：
9:00-9:30 Arrival & Greeting/outdoor play in the courtyard (in inclement weather, play will be moved inside).
签到/户外游戏时间（如果天气不好，活动会转到室内)。
9:30-10:30 Chinese New Year handicraft activity: each day will feature a different handicraft activity such as kites, hairy monkey, Rabbit God, etc.
中国过年的手工活动：每日都会安排不同的手工，例如做风筝、做毛猴、做兔儿爷等等。
10:30-11:00 Outdoor play time with traditional Chinese toys like yo-yos（空竹）, hackey sacks (沙包), shuttle cock （毽子）and iron-ring pushing （滚铁环).
户外游戏时间：学习传统中国玩具的玩儿法，例如抖空竹、丢沙包、踢毽子、滚铁环等等。
11:00-12:30 Chinese Cooking Class: children will learn how to make traditional Chinese New Year and other Chinese snack dishes such as dumplings, tangyuan （汤圆）, eight-treasure rice （八宝饭）, noodles, and Beijing dim sum （艾窝窝，驴打滚儿）. Children will also take part in helping to prepare their own lunch.
学做中国菜：孩子们将学习如何准备中国春节时令美食与小吃，例如包饺子、包汤圆、学做八宝饭、擀面条、做艾窝窝、驴打滚儿等。自己动手参与制作的午餐可能更可口。
12:30-13:00 We’ll examine a specific Chinese New Year tradition such as ice-lantern making （做冰灯）, door-god woodblock printing（木版水印门神），prepare the Spring Door couplets through books, video, and dialogue.
传统节庆学习时间：我们会带着孩子们通过读书、交流和视频，学习做冰灯、印木版水印门神、写春联等节庆传统。
Afternoon 下午：
13:00-14:00 International handicraft activity: each day will feature a different
handicraft activity related to international holidays such as New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, and Thanksgiving.
外国节庆的手工活动：每日都会介绍一种外国的节日，例如新年、情人节、复活节、万灵节和感恩节等。
14:00-14:30 Outdoor play time with international games such as four square, scavenger hunts, and capture the flag.
户外活动时间：学习一种外国小朋友的游戏，例如： 四方，寻宝游戏，夺旗。
14:30-16:00 International Cooking Class: children will learn how to make international dishes related to holidays such as chocolate-dipped fruit for Valentine’s Day, Easter-themed cupcakes, Halloween cookies, and Swiss Rolls for Christmas. Children will also take enjoy a snack and take home baked goods to enjoy with family.
学做外国菜：孩子们将学习制作一些外国节庆时典型的美食，例如情人节时的巧克力水果，复活节时的纸杯蛋糕，万灵节时的曲奇饼干，和圣诞节时用的瑞士蛋卷。然后，孩子们将品尝自己亲手制作的美食，还可以把一些带回家中与家人分享。
16:00-16:30 We’ll examine New Year traditions in other cultures, such as Losar (Tibet), Tet (Vietnam), Rosh Hashanah (Jewish tradition), Norwuz (Iran), through books, video, and dialogue.
外国传统节庆学习时间：我们会带着孩子们通过读书、交流和视频，我们还会兼顾其他文化中的传统，例如藏历新年(Losar)、越南新年(Tet)、犹太历新年(Rosh Hashanah)、波斯新年“诺鲁兹节”(Norwuz)等。
16:30-17:00 Extra time to finish handicraft activities, outdoor play in the courtyard (in inclement weather, play will be moved inside), dismissal.
剩余时间：完成今日未完成的手工，户外活动（如果天气不好，活动会转到室内），解散。
Additional details:
Maximum student-to-teacher ratio of 5:1.

In the event the camp needs to be cancelled due to COVID-19, you will receive a full refund on any payments made.
Depending on the COVID-19 situation at the time of camp, we may require our staff and participating children to receive a COVID-19 test before the start of camp. We will advise closer to the date.
