Black Sesame Kitchen (BSK) is teaming up with Hulu @ WAB for a weekend of culinary delights March 5-7.
BSK is kicking off the weekend with a Wine n’ Dine on March 5 at 6:30pm featuring our famous 10-course set menu and 2 wine pairings for 350rmb per person. Book a private room for 8-10 guests or join a communal table in the lounge area of Hulu, where Chef Zhang will be stir-frying up a storm. Guests will also have the option of upgrading to the deluxe Hulu wine pairing option for 198rmb additional. For tickets, scan our QR code or message us on WeChat.
On Saturday and Sunday March 6-7, BSK dishes will be available at Hulu @ WAB a la carte, including our famous pork and pumpkin pan-fried dumplings, five-flavor eggplant, red-braised pork, and Black Sesame ice cream with candied fruit.
“It’s a natural collaboration given that Black Sesame Kitchen has for years been a neighbor and friend of Temple Restaurant Beijing, a sister restaurant of Hulu,” said Jen Lin-Liu, the founder of Black Sesame Kitchen.
Given that many loyal Black Sesame Kitchen guests live and work in the northern Chaoyang and Shunyi suburbs, holding a pop-up at Hulu @ WAB helps bring the experience of Black Sesame Kitchen closer to them.
"It's utterly thrilling for me and my team to bring in the renown authentic flavor of China all the way from the hutongs to our neighboring community,” added Igance Lecleir, the founder and owner of Hulu and the TRB restaurant group.
